They don’t even accept Tuesday promotion starting last week by Starbucks( their own company!!!!)to avoid getting busy. Last time they messed up with my reward points and the next day they just put out a sign saying “sorry something wrong with the system!
I really want to like this location as it’s so convenient and the baristas are so sweet, but the service here is so slow it’s absolutely unusable for ferry commuters. An empty store with only 2 people ahead of me on line should not have me waiting 10 minutes and still not getting my order taken.I’ve started coming here only if I have 20 minutes to catch the ferry and still I find myself leaving the store without ordering, or even missing my boat after paying and then having a simple order not get to me in a reasonable time.
This store really has to get it together. Every single time I order something from here I'm stuck inside at least 20 minutes. It's NEVER busy here. There shouldn't be 3 baristas completing orders and running around, while leaving the register empty and 7 people are waiting because they can't keep up. 2 people is enough to complete orders for a dead store. If you need 3, then maybe considering hiring people who actually know what they're doing. Seems like the employees are lazy here. No reason for such slow movement. The employees are nice but that's it.
Love SB's Pike Roast Coffee! Delishioso. Only negative is that this is a "Franchise" location, and if you use your "rewards" on the Starbucks App, it costs triple the amount of "reward" stars for a purchase.
Rude service. Young lady was lazy making my drinks and she just threw them on the counter ,meanwhile I said “thank you” and she gave me a nasty look and turned her head. I really do hate people.
I really love coming here with my humming bird ? friends. I also loved the location, because it is close to the Ferry ⛴️ and beautiful thank you ? Tony.
The quality for the ice coffee is great and it has other flavors to choose from and you get what you pay for.
Good place to contemplate nice view to the water, fast ferry and Staten Island ferry. Love it!
Starbucks is a Seattle-based coffeehouse chain known for its signature roasts, light bites and WiFi availability. They’re located at 55B Richmond Avenue, Empire Outlets, New York, NY. They offer dine-in, takeout and no delivery. Remember to download the app for faster service. Always excellent customer service from their friendly staff.
Twice now this Starbucks location has had two different baristas unmasked. The store manager today was nice enough to tell him to mask up. The barista scuffed at me and pulled it down to cover only his mouth. With the Covid surge it’s outrageous that management would allow someone to prepare food unmasked. You lost my business SI Starbucks.
