After a lengthy renovation reopening their customer service and quality has significant declined. 3 attempts to order my ice coffee correctly have failed. Each time I bring the error to the attention of the supervisor on duty I’m told I can come I could come back for a replacement. I don’t not have time to come back and even worse; I dumped my ice coffee received and was told need to wait until the next day for a replacement only to findIt’s also has been made incorrectly for a third time. Starbuck corporate needs to reevaluate who’s making these drinks. They are not if the true Starbucks exact customer requests and they are just mixing whatever in a cup to keep the lines moving. Unbelievable! Might be time to go back to Dunkin Donuts and give them the business. They never get it wrong. And it’s half the price . I’m very disappointed and disgusted by the Treatment, service , and quality of this Starbucks and the one on 5801 Amboy and Seguine Ave. Starbucks is dropping the ball and customer satisfaction will continue to drop until the stores get shut down, unless something is done and Cusotmer are compensated for their loss and time . Aughhh 3 days consecutively days now with out my ice coffee, since I need to dump the poorly made expensive cups of coffee. Tomorrow I’ll go to DunkinDonuts for coffee. It’s right around block too. Everyone should try going back to DD too. Save your Money and help DD regain its worthy market share. Good by SB rudeness, poor quality and disappointing service. Lastly, Starbucks is run on a very tight budget and noticed that all stores are now lacking compensation card to try and even makeup or all challenges and valuable time lost and frustration, and the self service condiments stations they used to offer , where you could add your own milks, sweeteners , and spice powders (vanilla, sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, coca)toppings. Keeps going downhill, get prices remain the same or have increased, for lessor everything. Do you agree?
This place on Staten Island serves weak tasting drinks if you don’t round your balance to the nearest dollar. I did not get it at first when he as me do I want to round the change to the nearest dollar then he asked a second time. I said no thank you. He disappeared and 2 minutes came with our drinks. I ordered a hot latte barely any coffee flavor and they purposely didn’t put enough brown sugar in the other drink. That’s when I realized it wasn’t for a fundraiser it was his was at hinting for a tip!!! I was never asked this at any other Starbucks. They always have a cup or box saying tips. I won’t be going their anymore.
When I need coffee this is where I will drive to. Whenever I come later than the AM's things are much more relaxed and service is good.
Closes in the middle of the day on a weekday for absolutely no reason.

Best place to get coffee. They also have nice bread (pumpkin/lemon/banana). The only problem is that they consistently have straw shortages??? The only place I've ever been to that serves drinks that tell you they don't have straws for said drinks. Super weird thing to have your inventory guy overlook every other week but alright.

Nice spot to chill, definitely preferred over the target location down the road. Courteous staff as with most Starbucks. Just wish Starbucks would focus more on brewing technique but guess it would take more time. Starbucks is a sugary drink spot and not a specialty coffee shop and I need to accept that.
