Caramel macchiato was awful! Usually its great, justcwas not made right. The wait was also pretty long.
By far the worst Starbucks on Staten Island and maybe that I’ve ever been to. Service is so poor at this location. Stay away
First, this Starbucks is in a horrible location. Second, there is no system for pick up orders which leads to complete chaos when you go in during busy hours, not that it's really any different any other time

No different from any other Starbucks Customer service from Melissa was exceptional..had my usually Grande matcha latte.. Starbucks could use a higher quality matcha for the price though

Ordering here is a disaster. Mobile pickups take way too long. The order and pickup system has no rhyme or reason. Everyone just clusters in the corner while having to reach over the counter to see if its their drink because half the time they don't call out your name. Probably because they are so overwhelmed . The manager made a brief appearance then immediately went to back. Maybe stick around and help out till they are caught up. If your in any kind of rush or just want a quick cup, go elsewhere. **Had to edit as I just got home and opened it up. It's not even properly made. Just spashed together and slapped a top on. Exactly what you get when management is lacking.
