Never add what i ask for when i order online, and when you tell them about it they give you attitude. I waste so much money to add extras and they never give it, it’s truly disappointing. I drive all the way to the mall for my coffee lately i can’t stand this place.
Great location to have a Starbucks as easy and accessible. But to many issues with the order specially when picking up.
I was standing in line waiting for my turn at the register, watching as the "older woman" preparing drinks coughed all over those cups and just put lids on them. No mask or gloves, of course, oblivious to everyone watching her. She should know better, we're seeing COVID infection numbers rising; her negligent behavior can cost someone their life or cause someone to pass on the virus and become very ill. Who knows, she may have been a supervisor. I paid for my pumpkin bread slice, which was wrapped in cellophane and left quickly.
Beautiful excellent customer service, very fast service in and out, nice place to relax, free wifi.

The girl with the braided hair at the cashier was sooooooooooo rudeeeee. I was asking her a question and she came with an attitud and started talking and joking around very disrespectful with the rest of the co-worker. What a low class girl she is!!!!She need to be educated more and respect adults specially that i was a customer but now no more!What a sarcastic and low class girl she is!!!!She should be Thankfull that I didnt went to a Manager so she will be out like a bag of trash!!! And go back to her country where she belongs!Management should give some classes manner to the staff and remove those who make the company look BAD like her!

Absolutely the worst the experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Ordered a mobile order of 1 drink and 1 sandwich. As i enter the store my sandwich was being placed on the counter with others who had ordered. I wait patiently for my drink and after a few minutes I ask Taylor the barista for my drink. After asking what I ordered she proceeded to make other drinks. After another five minutes I ask her again politely and she repeats the order incorrectly so I repeat my order. The third time after waiting again for the 1 drink Taylor now proceeds to ignore me. It was unprofessional and rude the service I received. I informed the manager Nate about her behavior he resolved this mannerism with a $4.00 gift card which I threw out cause it was just adding insult to injury. Taylor should be retrained or fired. Period.
