We went there for lunch and the response on the monitor was so slow I started wondering if it was even working. When I was ordering the person didn't only the order correctly even though I was pretty clear and it wasnt showing up on the monitor correctly And i pointed that out because an own I ordered wasn't showing and he said the item was there but the monitor wasn't working right. At the end of the order I asked for that item again because I didn't trust him. The order came out and of course the item i wanted was only on the order once like it showed on the monitor, not like the person was saying. I'm glad I didn't trust him and ordered that item again.Slow service and telling me falsehoods about the monitor when he was clearly wrong.. Not a place I'd like to go to again.
Simply one of the best Sonics I’ve ever been to. Courteous staff, fresh food, limes, table service, and Law and Order playing on TV with the sound on.
Very disappointed in the service and quality of the food. I had to wait about 20 minutes to give my order. I had to repeat my order about 5 times and it still came wrong. Things were forgotten and the only reason I didn’t say a word was because I didn’t pay for the forgotten items and refused to wait longer for the right thing. Worst sonic experience and probably will not return.
I wish I could honestly give this a 0. My horrible experience all started when I was waiting in the drive thru. The sonic employee on the headset was a male and was clowning around with the participants in the vehicle in front of me. I heard the sonic employee yell curse words and acted very unprofessional. However the sequence of events was not done, as the vehicle in front of me pulled up to the window… the sonic manager during this shift was reaching out joking laughing and cursing as another employee reached out and hit a vape from the vehicle participants hand during COVID. Another sonic employee was yelling and throwing sonic plastic utensils outside of the drive thru window towards the car. The manager of this shift was completely unprofessional, she on CAMERA swiped her card and took off the participants food and drinks. These people were clowning around and talking forever on CAMERA and then got their whole order for free and I had to pay for mine after suffering such a horrible experience. I would like to personally say that this is a matter that should be HIGHLY INVESTIGATED. 11:10pm EST page avenue location.
Google, yelp and Sonic’s main site states this location opens at 9:30am. Even their receipt says 9:30. Yet im told by the cashier they dont open til 10. This is aggravating, i placed my order through the app and show up now i gotta wait til 10 for my order. Cant cancel order or get a refund as per the app. Fix your management! Also i ordered the #15 premium burrito combo. And upon opening my burrito all i see is eggs and cheese jalapeño and tots, where is the meat!?! And its so friggin small… i know covid and stuff but seriously?
Drive-thru only, but plenty of spaces to sit in the car and eat. Look, it's a Sonic. The beverages and shakes are the stars, the food is tasty fast food. Love the tots and boneless wings.
Great experience. Food was brought to the car quickly. Well packaged w/ a bag of sauces, napkins and peppermint candy. Tipped the staff. Dined in car. Covid friendly.
I ordered my food online and went to pick it up. The shakes were completely melted the moment I got them. I did not receive the full order I paid for, the tots were stale and there was green mold on the bread of the foot long coney. It was my first time eating at Sonics and it will be my last, it was terrible. I do not recommend this place. Thank God we didn’t get sick.
Chicken sandwich and burger are satisfactory. Tater tots could be crisper but were good. Pretzel twist and cheese dip was delicious.
I just wanted to shout out Shamika. She was an absolutely wonderful server! Super helpful! Super quick! Super polite! With a car of kids and adults who kept changing their mind on what they wanted and needed she was kind and patient. She was going in and out of sonic every five mins bringing us different things with a smile on her face. She deserves a raise 100%. Thank you Shamika if you see this! You are amazing.
