The food is good. Prices a little too high for this type of buffet style restaurant. I paid $40 for 2 meals… Robbin they own ppl cuz they located in the middle of the hood. It’s sad. Not to mention they got a $10 delivery fee.
This place is a god send!!! Reviews are saying long take out time or poor customer service… i say not even an issue. The woman who took my order was on the phone with multiple orders and when she had the moment to take my order she listened to all my questions and got my order correct. Yes there was a wait, but that just means the food is that good! If you want fast(wack) food, go to that place. Always pleased with this place and I can’t wait to be ordering from them 10 yrs from now… dont sleep on this place!
Food was absolutely delicious. Just use spoons with holes to exclude some of the juices from overpowering the other food items in the dish when serving. Mom taught me that ☺️
First impressions when you walk in the place is clean & organized. Their food is definitely Delicious!! Staff is friendly & knowledgeable about their products
The food was good but the woman definitely overcharged me and I was rushing so I didn't realize until I got home. She charged me $61 for 2 medium plates of oxtail and 1 plate of stew chicken. I will definitely be going back to Brooklyn for my food. Honestly, I shouldn’t have expected anything less than since they were at the last location and I caught food poisoning. The owner says no such thing happened with charging me over the prices on their menu that was a lie. I even went on seamless to see how much the food cost and it was around $50. Of course a business owner is not going to fess up to their mistakes.
Myself, my sister and my niece entered Staten Island Fish & More to dine in , but my sister needed to use the ladies room so she went over to cashier to ask if there is a ladies room ? And we noticed she was on the phone ,she finished her call on the phone my sister asked her was there a ladies that she could use and we were told no . So we decided not dine in because of the cashiers not so customer friendly attitude we walked out. We did not get to try out the food . Because of the response we received about the ladies room .
The dark skinned girl at the register put in her own gratuity as I looked the other way at something for a second, LOL. All for 15% of $13
The food is fantastic. Their hours are great as well.Hopefully the next time I go the experience will concur.
Speaking as a chef! I will never eat at this place again I order jerk chicken and rice & peas the chicken was overly cooked the rice was definitely missing something & I noticed a piece of hair in my food! I think it’s time for the Heath department to visit this place!! I strongly recommend you not to eat here if hair is in your food just imagine what else is going on in that kitchen ??????????
