No urgency from the so called shake coach who should be fired or retrainedThere was a minor amount of tickets on the board compared to a standard order quantity at the best burgers in USA, the famous In N Out. Had to wait 25 minutes for 2 burgers and fries causing us to miss the ferry back to Manhattan. If shake shack wants to compete at any level they need to be promoting an efficient and motivated workforce.
The place was clean and staff friendly but does it live up to the hype? I don't think so. Yeah it's better than all the other fast food places but not double the cost better. $20 for a burger, fries and small shake... 5 Guy's would have been almost as good and half the price (with enough fries to feed an army). It was good but I'm not that impressed.

This store is usually great, fast, and clean. Today it took them over 10 minutes just for an Oreo shake, which is unaccceptable. I saw people who had bigger orders come in and leave which makes my order feel unvalued. Sorry guys but there isn't an excuse for this when you're not even understaffed. Shakes shouldn't be put on low priority.

Over priced and fastfood shouldn't be asking for a tip at the register. Staff is great and got my food quick. But nothing special here I haven't had anywhere else as a new yorker
