I ordered avocado sandwiche. The avocado was good but the bread was very hard.
Had a nice sandwich on a beautiful day. I found Royal Crown to have a nice selection of eats on the menu. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The noise from the Blvd can be a little much at times but the good tasting food makes it worth it. I'll be sure to be back again.
The good: variety, if you like Seafood, Italian & foods with olive oil, this place has it. The red velvet cup cakes are also good. Wish they did mini cheesecakes, with and without crust...However, my chicken parmesan with mozzarella wasn't so great. Lacked moisture, very little sauce, the chicken cutlet didn't scream moist. I just didn't like it. I got a chicken parmesan hero from Cropsey Deli in Brklyn the week after this purchase & nearly ate the whole thing, due to them addressing all my compliants above.
It was my first time going there and they have many varieties of desserts. I tried mini tarts, mini cannoli and lobster tail. All of them were yummy and fresh.
I love this bakery. They always busy so don't go planning to be in a rush . Staff is exceptional , welcoming and patient. They have alot of options to choose from. Prices are good especially for the portions. If you are around the area I advise you to stop in.
The prosciutto bread is the best in New York Espresso awesome Cakes and cookies are out of this world especially the Cannoli Cake Sean Frank is a great guy.
The food and pastries are delicious, however the girls behind the counter in the bake shop are extremely rude rolling their eyes mumbling under their breath, they look miserable and the girl who was taking my pastry order was extremely rude and impatient for no apparent reason at all. I really wish they would improve on their customer service skills, because I would go more frequently especially since they are so close to home. But for now I will have to travel elsewhere to get good Italian food and pastries because I've had it with the RUDE lack of customer service here!
The food tasted good. But common sense.. when someone orders 14 sandwiches, labeling them would be great. The whole office shouldn’t have to open up everyone’s sandwich’s to know which one is what
The food was Amazing. The service was even better! I highly recommend for any meal or just to stop by and enjoy a tasty pastry! The Italian Bread was the best I have had!
staff is nice, the dishes are very good and hugh. if you pay cash, you pay less, because yhey charge credit card fee.
