Their Bagels are Fresh and Big. They're clean and presentable. I like how they service. They pack your Bagels with enough Cream Cheese. Very friendly Staffs.
They did not treat my father right when he went there. Super aggressive/prejudice owner/waiter Why would you treat a paying customer like that? I also went there on my own one time to give them a “second chance” the food took hours just for it too be stale and have no flavor, whoever highly rates this place has no tastebuds.
So here we go I went here April 3 yesterday for my birthday and the customer service was great .but the food was a total disappointment.my rice tasted like box rice and my fish had no seasoning.my husband ordered something different and so did my daughter's no seasoning we started drowning out food with salt! Won't be going there anymore this was my third time there. Breakfast Lunch and dinner. Dinner are the worst eing servidor don't waste your money
Im disappointed, they forgot to add my daugter order and delivery is closed by now. Now my daughter wont eat from here. I will have to find something else at 10.22pm. I understand mistakes happened but they did not offer a resolution, only a refund. Which is not my point of resolution. Wanted the food.
I have been to this restaurant a handful of times and i lovvveee the food. They give u big portions and food is very tasty. I tried the Pollo saltiado, grilled chicken and grilled steak. They also have a bakery with colombian bread and donuts. Please go, youu will not regret it.

We ordered from here twice and both times one of us was extremely disappointed. The rice is dry, the sweet plantains taste like cardboard, the steak and onions dish is basically an obscene amount of onions with a few little pieces of meat, the rice with chicken was just a giant plate of rice that you could barely find the dry flavorless chicken in, the empanadas were terrible, and they didn't give us the salad that came with one of our dishes. Overpriced and underwhelming. Not worth the money, do not recommend.
