We love reggianos and we love ordering food from there but after our experience today it’s going to be very difficult for us to order from them again. We weren’t expecting our food to be delivered after 20 mins of ordering it we weren’t even complaining after an hour and a half! But once the delivery got to our house after 2 hours they delivered our food to a different house and he expected us to take the food after he went back to get it from the other house. When we called reggianos, the girl who answered was extremely rude and while she said she was going to make us a whole new order and her boss was going to deliver it himself, in 15 mins, we were like okay we will give them another chance. Another hour later, with the same delivery driver not the “boss”, and we finally got our order. So 3 hours total and not one apology or anything. We are extremely disappointed after this!
The staff and female manager at Reggianos II on Hylan Blvd are very professional and extremely nice. There were some problems with my delivery, they seemed to be very busy Thursday night but they were very prompt and professional about getting it right. I commend them for all the hard work they did and the owner should be proud of his staff for all they did. This was my first time ordering from them, the food was warm upon delivery and tasted great! I will be ordering from them again! Thank you Reggianos!
Didn’t feel like cooking plus dreaming about baked clams. What to do? Ordered 2 half trays of baked clams and fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. $20 each. Ready in about an hour. Comes in a handy sturdy cardboard tray with handles. Plus a delicious loaf of seeded semolina bread. 5 of us ate plus leftovers for lunch the next day. Win/win ! ?

I would HIGHLY recommend Reggianos. We had our baby sprinkle there on Saturday April 16th ( at their Hylan BLVD location ) and not only is the location beautiful ( the dining room was so pretty and well lit and such a great size ) but the staff was very efficient and attentive, food was DELICIOUS ( seriously our guests raved non stop about the food ), but the management truly went out of their way to make is happy, from the second we got there, until the second we left. Their menu options were also really great and customizable! I’m SO HAPPY I chose to have such a special party there, it was a beautiful day! I would 100% plan many future parties here. THANK YOU!!!!!
Best Italian Food on Staten Island. This was our first time there and we know excellent Italian food when we eat it. Everything was made perfect . We found our place.
I came here with my girlfriend on Friday night and ordered a pizza and two pasta dishes. Our pizza was delicious. We asked for our pasta Al dente and although the sauce was really good, when it arrived it came literally raw. We sent it back and asked for our check instead since we had another place to be right after and didn’t have time to wait for them to re cook our entire meals. Paid and tipped well over 20%. As we left an older woman who works there follows us outside and in a nasty tone asks “excuse me what’s the problem?” And claims that we asked for our pasta to be raw and that their pasta automatically comes Al dente. We explained that if we knew that we wouldn’t have made the request. Moral of the story is, we were willing to give you guys another shot but for the reason that the woman ARGUED with us in the parking lot and gave us a nasty attitude we will not return. You lost a customer.
Our first time, but definitely not my last! Everything we had was delicious. The artichoke oreganata (appetizer special) was out of this world!!! They are very generous with their portions. Our waitress (so sorry, I forgot her name) was very attentive and always checked on us and never rushed us through any of our courses. I can't wait to go back!

We were 11 people last night Feb 19. Food was outrageous.. this was not our first or second time there we’ve been there many times. Unfortunately last night was terrible as far as being uncomfortably COLD. After complaining the boss came over and said he was sorry. Eating with our jackets on through drinks and apps another boss came over and finally moved us..It was better. I never wrote a review in my life but if you go in winter don’t let them seat you outside We weren’t even offered an after dinner anything.POOR business. Next time will be the summer we go there.
