Mother’s Day I made a reservation for party of 3 . We each 3 had a different meal. The waiting was so long first we waited for appetizer about 25 min and after for our entrees 2 hours and 35 minutes. Food was ok at best. We won't be returning, forts and last time . Really disorganized! There are nearby restaurants offering delicious food, with larger servings.
3 years+ customer and I'm done. Their delivery manner is worse than terrible. I mobile ordered my pizza, not even a big order, just one pie for my kids. At 11:30 am. I even ordered it earlier than my expected time because I know they take longer time cooking than others. Now is 2:15pm which I just received my pizza, without a single apology from delivery personnel nor an offer for future order.You just lost 3 year customer and you will lose more if you don't fix your delivery manner.
Disregard all the negative reviews. Because of a slow order being delivered to your house (not the restaurants fault) or a waitress or waiter being rude, this place has AMAZING food. I've been a lifetime resident of Tottenville and since this place opened my Mother and I frequent this place alot. The owners as well as the staff are very pleasant. And everything on the menu is Amazing! Big portions for the $. I never been to the one on Hylan so I cant speak on behalf of that one.
We got here and my first thought was that this was really more of a pizza place than dine in. However dine in we did, both the food and the menu exceeded my expectations.
This was our first time ordering from here. Everything we had was great. The order was delivered. Came in about 30 minutes. Baked clams was perfect, veal parmigiana was to die for. The sauce is phenomenal. Cesar salad with dressing was so delicious. Definitely found a new place to order from.
Went for Valentine’s Day dinner with my girlfriend and it was such a great experience. I needed to force my self to stop eating at one point because i could’ve gone on forever. And that’s after the incredible appetizers like baked clams and the citrusy arugula salad for two. Amazing food with an amazing staff that was just so friendly, i’d highly recommend reggianos on ambit. My only regret is not getting dessert.
Waiter was horrible. we were a party of eight and have eaten many times. He brings out 6 of our dinners and the last two had order a pizza that came out 20 minutes later . He clearly forgot to put that order in no apologies what so ever. So those two sat there and had to watch us eat . It was a birthday and due to his screwups we were not able to have the cake due to our 8:45 reservation at the escape room. Our dinner reservation was 630 my entire party was there by 6:40. Totally unacceptable with the food error and lack of acknowledgement. But I guess him dancing in the restaurant in the wide open was the reason for the screwups. Very disappointed in this service. Will rethink coming here in the future.its ashame because the food was great but the service ruined that.
