I LOVE THIS PLACE. Everytime I go I’m greeted with lovey employees!! The ices are delicious! Mike is easily the best worker at this location! He is so friendly and efficient!
Ralph's Ices always epic. Alas this year's bigger prices for smaller sizes really suck.

Worst ralphs location on staten island. This is the 2nd time I've gotten something from there that melted in about 2 minutes flat. This place also doesn't properly make their sundaes. I ordered some chocolate chip sundae and they shoved the cookie flat ontop and poured ice cream and whip cream on it with the lid sealed. You couldn't even take off the lid without the ice cream and whipped cream covering your entire hand. So disappointing. Don't even bother with this location. Go to the one on hylan blvd, port richmond ace or richmond ave. You'll thank me later.
We all got jelly ring and key lime pie ices. No jelly rings in the jelly ring ice and zero pie crust in the key lime pie ice. Ralph’s as a whole has really gone downhill
