Did Ralph’s Ices change their ingredients? I bought lemon and orange ices, my favorites and they didn’t have the same flavor. It tasted different, it wasn’t sweet and tangy. It tasted like ices you buy in the supermarket.

My husband and I stopped at Ralph's tonight. The girl at our window was extremely rude to my husandand and me. We will be telling our friends and family not to go to ths location on Richmond Ave and Arthur Kill Road. This girl was more interested in flirting with her male co-worker and making customers feel uncomfortable. Terrible service...
Best place on Staten Island. The one in Port Richmond. The others are good as well.
