I ordered a box of Chicken for $6.99 and the quality was excellent and super juicy. The wait took less then 5 minutes and great customer service.
Always quick service, and still the best chicken sandwich you can buy at any fastt food place.
Bad customer service and not clean and if you order any thing they will tell you after 30 minutes
If I could give this place a 0 I would the service sucks never have food ready they tell you 5 minutes 15 minutes still waiting will never give money back this is so mismanaged its unreal and they mess up orders all the time please stay away from them go to the one on forest Ave the are much nicer and always have food ready
My order came with half of the things I order and they can’t even pick up the phone
Don’t buy Mash potato it has bacon on it and there is no option to remove the bacon I throw it in the garbage we don’t eat bacon And the chicken was not all that

This place suck at all, I would not recommend anyone to go to there. they gave me wrong sandwich. instead fish sandwich. they just give me a chicken one. I did not order any chicken sandwiches. staffs over there doesn't care you much. take so long to get my order. Awful place !!! my local Popeyes is better than this one.
Last week they took 20 minutes just to accept my order, the guy preferred to flirt with young girls than do his job, today I ordered through the UberEats App and they FORGOT to add chicken sandwich to the order!!I’m angry and hungry so even though their chicken sandwiches are the best, I would not buy again! Full disrespect to clients.
Our dining experience at the Popeye's in the Staten Island Mall food court was just satisfactory. The line was short, but the service to take our order and deliver our food was quite slow. There were no diet beverages available. Preparation and taste of our food was satisfactory. Plenty of opportunities for improvement at this Popeye's location.
