What can I say say, if there isn’t an argument or a fight, is always missing or giving us the wrong item, we usually order through the app, they be changing so stuff , last time I ask for apple pie, was giving something else, asked for a fish sandwich , thank God I told my husband to check the bag wasn’t there , and is not the first time, one time I called customer service cuz two items were missing and one was wrong. Never again, gave it couple of chances, but buying here is more of a waste than getting what you purchase.
The fish was very spicy even tho i had ordered the classic and way too much sauce. It was sliding off the bun
From Los Angeles to NYC, this is hands down the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. AND the pictures shown here are NOT accurate.
They never have sauce. Not the one that those I buy for want anyway. Said they were out of Mac&Chesse but proceeded to serve it to several customers. Strange but true.At one point one of the staff was rude to someone as well.Told the guy to "MOVE" very strongly. That is no way to treat a customer.I'll try to avoid this location. Too busy so everyone seems stressed.
Always a long line at this location because they only have one register open. I decided to do mobile order today but still have to wait a while before my order is ready.
Horrible customer service, waited over an hour and a half on three orders. I called an hour in to confirm they had everything I ordered THEY DID and they say the almost two hour delay is due to being short staffed
No chicken sandwich! No jumbo shrimp and chicken tenders.The regular chicken was so small .$40 not happy !!KFC AND BOSTON MARKET HERE I COME!!Better this time.... But ) asked for classic fish sandwich and got a spicy ? one.Pay attention guys!
Worst service. The website says it closes at 11 and they start closing the store around 10:30. They either have to change the time on the website or keep working till 11.Definitely do not recommend!!
This place gets no stars they are the worst never order from them take the trip to hylan blvd
The food is always good at this Popeyes Kitchen. I can't wait until next time.
