Been living in staten island since 2017 n I FINALLY found a bagel store with DELICIOUS BAGELS!!! I'm here every Saturday morning n it NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!! LOVE THESE BAGELS ??

I love the new deli in new dorp. Much cleaner than the older one. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Not to mention how amazing the bagels and egg sandwiches are. My cold cut sandwiches are always made fast. And if I call ahead my order is always ready. Thanks for always starting my day with a good breakfast and ending it with a delicious deli sandwich. Returning customer here!

I love the new deli in new dorp Plaza Bagels! Amazing egg sandwiches, fast made cold cut sandwiches, beautiful presentation on catering. Not to mention an awesome staff who always makes me feel welcome. This is definitely my go to deli and bagel spot in new dorp!

Pleasant owners who take the time to have a chat if you want. Bagels are huge and price/quality is great. Best bagel I had in a decade, I try to come back every few weeks when I'm on the road. Tip: try the egg bagel with cheese.

The owner is a very pleasant young man, who really makes you feel at home.In addition this place probably have the best bagels in the world, at the very least the best I have ever tried. Will definitely come back the next time I visit New York!

I used to guzzle 40's, and own a beat up CaddySince the hood still love me, I'll turn the heat up daddyI got fresh milk and a bagel for a reasonable price. One of of the owners even came out and shook my hand dressed like Teddy KGB.

There are few true bagel shops left - what a loss for civilization. Bagels here are huge, soft, and roll-like. Skip it if you want real bagels.Update (reply to owner): I bought a dozen bagels and it was in the spring. My main complaint was not the size, but the fact that your bagels are similar to the trend we see across NYC the past few years - very few bagel shops are making bagels. Instead, they are opting to make bagel-shaped rolls. I am not convinced these bagels/ rolls are made in the traditional way as they have no hallmarks of a real bagel: crisp blistered outside, soft chewy inside, slight malty flavor, loads of air pockets, etc. Until I see that, I don't consider this a bagel shop, it is merely a bakery. Sorry, but I have to be honest and food comes with a history and we have to stay true to the food we are making. I can only find real bagels in a handful of places anymore, so it might be time to start doing it at home.Consider my 1-star review to be a challenge for you to reconnect the new generation and non-native NY'ers to traditional bagel making - it will separate your business from the rest of the mediocre competition. Good luck, and I'll be back if you accept the challenge!

A genuine family owned business. Fresh catered food from family recipes generations old. Quality of bagels unmatched. Don’t believe me? Come see them.

New owners are nice compared to the previous owners, the bagels are good, but not nearly as good or as big as the previous owners bagels were unfortunately.

Fresh delicious food, dealt with some picky orders and everything was perfect. Alex and staff are top notch. We will be customers as long as they are in business. 10/10
