Very rude! It’s such a shame! The women actually had the nerve to tell me I didn’t know English! How dare anyone say something like that! Especially when the women who answers the phone has such a strong accent! I’m so disgusted!!! To even tell me not to order from them again…. Just because I couldn’t hear her! Wow
I called to place an order a usual and the line kept cutting off, so I said I’m sorry I can’t hear you can you please repeat what you said. She started yelling and said you don’t speak English and hung up on me! I Immediately called back and asked her why the attitude and why do you need to Offend anyone! The nerve of Her when her English is all broken but I have never offended her!!! I will never order from here again!!!!! You want to be treated with respect give respect!!!
Awful. Ordered here for the first time and got general tso chicken. It's not even real chicken. It's like a glob of shredded chicken mixed with something gloopy and gelatinous like rice flour. Never again
I stopped ordering from them over 5months ago after ordering a huge dinner from them. While serving the food to my kids, I go to serve one of my kids chicken lo mein and a plastic wrap comes out with the food. Now I just ordered 3 of the same lunch special from them of chicken and broccoli for my kids. They all said the chicken was under cooked and tasted funny and their was hair in the egg rolls. This place needs to be shut down and these people should lose their food handling license
