I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is excellent, the chefs are amazing, and the food is superb. Always fresh, always satisfied.
Great atmosphere. Accommodated 15 relatives mid afternoon in between church and wedding reception. Food was fresh and delicious. Cappuccino (added amaretto) was awesome. Service was attentive and quick. This is a must try local eatery!

Food was absolutely delicious, service was spot on. Ambience was relaxing. If anyone likes burrata or has a lust for cheese and hasn't tried this deliciously creamy cheese. Honest suggestion: get the crepe with prosciutto, mozzarella (sub out for burrata) and keep the other fixings and you got yourself a delicious meal.
Mr Venturelli, We have been ordering 1-3 times a week for a couple of years now. $50-$80 an order sometimes more. Mistakes happen the order 5/18 at 730pm was a mess. I point out the date and time so you can pin point the nasty employee you have answering your phones. Instead of apologizing for everything we ordered being wrong, half orders at full prices, missing side items we pay for. Instead of apologizing and owning the mistake she becomes a defensive nasty person who talks louder to speak over me. Message received. We will take the business elsewhere. This is a prime example of why some businesses go down. The employees have 0 customer service/people skills.
@ panini Rustic, it was my First time ordering and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed.Taste good but Half empty and for that price and size, I could have ordered something worth it.I was surprised how quick (and mean too quick) it arrived and the delivery driver texted me to let me know he was downstairs.( That's new ???,)Smh... definitely will be the first and last.
This is actually my first time ordering a Panini. Absolutely outstanding, I’ve been missing out this entire time.I ordered the Rocky Balboa which was extremely good, wished it gotten to me sooner so it could be a bit warmer but the Uber driver had an extra stop along the way, understandable. It was so good that I was taking bites between shoot outs in Call of Duty Mobile and I was pretty upset I had finished the Panini so quickly but it did fill me up. Very hefty, flavorful!I intend to try other types of Panini’s going forward. Will be ordering from here again.
Very unprofessional!!! The girl who took a big order from me thought she put me on hold and started to talk bad about me while I'm on the line hearing everything. The order was missing Items which they charged us for and when the driver came to drop off the food he called me to come out and get my order from his car. I called the manager and she was very unapologetic and said she can send our Iced coffee but not our other items. The same driver came back and was very nasty and gave us attitude and the coffees where hot and not iced. Unfortunately we will not be sending our big orders to this place again because clearly they cannot handle it.
I order take out from Panino Rústico all the time. They are absolutely delish. They never do me wrong. The delivery is fast it’s perfect. I love this place.
Food is always delicious had an issue one time and staff took care of me!!!!! Place is awesome will order again soon.?????????
