I like this place, can’t say yet it’s one of my favorites! Good portions, clean and delicious!! Staff were friendly but not well organized! We had more than 4 people coming to our table. I will go back again

We have been customers of panini grill for many years now but due to the last two Covid years we haven’t come… we’ll I’m happy to say we are back and we’re not disappointed!!!! Went here for lunch for the first time and was really impressed. From the first step in, we were greeted with a friendly smile by Christina, the manager. Our waitress was Olivia and she was so sweet. Since it was our first time, we had questions about the menu and she didn't rush us and was very personable. We ordered the Romano salad and the chicken with roasted peppers panini on their fresh bread. It was absolutely delicious! We also got a taste of their grandma pie, so good. The food is very flavorful, definitely recommend.

One of the best Italian restaurants on the island. Management always tries to improve and bring it to new level and it is noticeable in everything including an expansion, renovations and new dishes. Whether you come for lunch, brunch or dinner just can’t go wrong.
Ate here for the first time there other day and it was a wonderful experience. The ambiance was lovely and the service is fantastic!! Food was delicious the gnocchi was so creamy and there were great choices for appetizers. Looking forward to coming back and trying different things on the menu next time :)
I really liked this place a few years ago because their service and food were great. Now, the minimum time for a take out order is 45 minutes but it really takes about 1 hour. This is even if you order a salad. They often mess up the order and I have to check my bag before I leave otherwise it's missing something. As for the quality of the food, I feel like even that has slipped. When it takes 1 hour to get your complete order, some of the items will be cold. I can't understand why it takes so long when there are only 9 customers in the restaurant and such a large kitchen?It's still a good spot but there's room for improvement.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever received. I never post reviews and, after having a similar experience twice from this establishment, I am done with this place. I ordered online through their website at 4:17 pm and received a message I would receive my food by 5:13 the latest. When my food did not come by that time, I called at 5:20 to inquire where my food was. They told me the delivery driver just left and that I would receive my food shortly. When I still did not receive my food at 5:30, I called back and asked to speak with a manager. Their manager Dana told me that I should have called to order my food instead of put it through their website (which is apparently a third party so they are not in control of it). She also stated that the restaurant did not receive my order until 4:30. She refused to compensate me in any way and guaranteed that the food would be hot so it’s okay that it took so long. I did not receive my food until 5:43 and let them know that, for the way that they handled the situation, I (a long time costumer) would not be a returning customer. It’s a disgrace that they are completely at fault and take no responsibility for their mess up.
