This is the most disgusting Panera Bread’s Costumer service experience I’ve ever received in my life. Store management is so bad. Workers don’t know how to treat their customers. We had been waiting more than one hour to get our order. We saw our name in ready on display board, but we didn’t get our order. When we asked about it they said they didn’t know that. After that they found the receipt. That was their fault, but they acted like we did something wrong. When they found our receipt they asked us to wait again. We were waiting in another 20 mnts, nobody called our name.I went to the food preparing section again and asked about our order, Then the lady who worked there she acted like she had no idea about our order. Cashier lady also didn’t care about it. She just disappeared when I asked about our order in seconds time. Then I had to change my voice tone and asked “are you guys going to prepare our order or not ? After our second request they started to prepare our order. Then we waited 15 mnts again. This time also they didn’t called our name or sorry for what happened in there. We went to the prepare section and collected our order. The cinnamon crunch latte taste was so bad, even though they gave half full of cups. I dunno why they treated us like that. because of our skin color. We are south Asians, they are so racist. Chipotle Chicken & Bacon Flatbread Pizza taste also weird ( we had this pizza before from different Panera bread store, that’s why we ordered the same) really really disappointed about this 280 Marsh Ave, Staten Island, NY Panera store. Don’t waste your time and money. Specially in this panera store, don’t go there. Their service is so nasty. They are racist. ill minded employees work there.
Waited more than time frame of delivery through Uber which was over an hour, spent over $35 for 2 halves cold sandwiches, one was in a box the other was barley wrapped basically thrown together, both soups were cold and I request 2 bags of chips with both order and instead I got 1 piece of bread and 1 bag of chips. Ice carmel coffee looks like water down coffee with the cream and carmel both Mia. Very disappointed in Panera bread
When I walked in, it said that the Kiosk was for to go orders. For dine in, order at the cashier.So I order at the cashier and I sit to wait for my order. Right before my order is ready an employee tells me that "you can wait for your order here but you can't dine in". I followed every rule and every chance was there to tell me there was no dine in before I ordered.I really wanted to dine in, so I cancelled my order, got a refund and left.The experience turned me off to this location. I will not be returning.
I'm extremely upset at this resturant. I ordered my food and specifically asked for no Chipotle sauce and no may on my sandwich, tomatoes because I just font like then and Chipotle because I am allergic to the sauce. I guess it's my own fault for not checking the sandwich before leaving the store but how are you going to put that sauce on when you were told there was an ALLERGY. I worked in food service for year and I worked AT a panera bread, unless things have changed for allergy prep since I've been gone (and I know they haven't because it's been less than a year) this should not have happened. This is just shameful, completely shameful
Major disappointment in their serving portions today. This is a spot I enjoy randomly when I am not in the mood to cook. If I order a small or a large bowl of anything... I EXPECT it to be a full bowl. The salad was a full salad and delish.
In person, I ordered a family meal and something on the side (total of 8 items). I had to remind the staff to include bread because I saw that he forgot. When I got home, I realized that I was still missing 3 things... if you can't pack 8 items into a bag... how are you a functioning business?We called back and had to drive back to pick up missing items... they couldn't even deliver the missing items or refund us.The staff were really nice and the food tasted like how panera is suppose to taste but I was so disappointed, I didn't even enjoy it.So very disappointed. I have a few more gift cards but I won't use it here.
Ridiculous. Panerai bread can be great. Portion, temperature of food, presentation hellacious and I spent well mis spent 10 gw's?
Second time I’ve been to this Panera and there’s no WiFi. Both times I’ve been told “it’s out but they’re working on it”. I travel for work and rely on Panera’s to be able to do work. I sat here for meetings for 5 hours with no WiFi.
I placed a curbside order tonight.My order was not brought out curbside so I decided to go inside to pick up. Wait was long and staff members were using cell phones instead of assisting customers. Got two sandwiches with avocado added at an extra cost which was not on either sandwich. Disappointing.
Had lunch there today with my friend it was fantastic I love their soups
