We stumbled onto this place while shopping in the mall and tried the nachos, all I can say is wow. We were floored at how delicious these vegan nachos were. Given we stopped eating beef years ago, we loved the flavor of everything. Definitely will be ordering again!
I was so thrilled to see Nacho Mama didn't close completely and instead moved to Empire Outlets - a much better location than the one on Richmond Ave. The food is OUTSTANDING! It has amazing texture and flavor. The people in my party had the walnut meat quesadilla, tostones, arepas, walnut meat burrito, and the pizzadilla. So delicious that you don't want the meal to end! We are also big fans of the Tri-Lounge restaurant, so it's safe to say that the owner Javonte Thompson is super talented. YUM!
As of today, there isn’t Nacho Mamas from Empire Outlet Staten Island just yet so I’m posting it here.I didn’t thought all the menu were plant based but I was okay with it because We do incorporate plant base diet as well so it was not bad at all.“Beef” Empanada were yummy my 6 y/o son loved it and ate em all!Nachos was huge portion which I ate it for the most part.Glad they have plant base food at the outlet ? will def going back to try something else.
The food was amazing and very flavorful !! I got the bangers and mash and my boyfriend got the sausage and peppers pasta. I would definitely get both dishes again especially the sausage and peppers pasta ! We also got the Philly cheese steak empanadas and they were also really delicious!! I think this will be our new go to place :)
I had a keto burrito bowl and added grilled jackfruit. I have to say it was excellent! Everything was really fresh and the food came out super hot. The bowl tasted so good I will definitely be going back!
It was my first time going with my husband and my friends. We went this Sunday that passed I forgot the young lady who assisted us she was the sweetest that day she was the only one working and took care of us amazingly. We had some fried corn fritters some jambalaya tortilla chips and amazing cheese sauce and chimichurri sauces. She gave us some things to even try my daughter loved the food as well and we also had their amazing strawberry and banana smoothie! All super worth it and service was great. I def recommend ☺️
Food was absolutely tasteless in my opinion. I ordered the arepas and flautas. Arepas come in 4, they are bite size. Filled with mostly beans, guacamole, and supposedly queso which i barley saw let alone tasted. The flautas were so flavorless I didn’t eat them. They are just soft tortillas with beans and salsa on top of them, yes that’s the description of them but for $10? I would’ve preferred a side cup of beans with a few tortillas and a little salsa on the side.Overall I decided to give this place a second chance after placing an order online about a month ago and after waiting for an hour, my order was canceled at 1 in the afternoon. I will not be ordering again. Waste of money. Wish the best to this place though.
loved the jackfruit chicken. the quesadilla to die for. my favorite and maybe most unique menu item is the tatetachos. so addicting. and the staff are really kind and accomodating. great vegan alternative in staten island- with few specialty places this one is a winner.
Ordered from this restaurant for dinner tonight and everything was wonderful!
Excellent vegan food on the west shore of Shaolin. Huge portions and fair prices. I will be back for sure.
