I’ve been ordering here for about a year. Dined in, Uber eat, picked up. They started out amazing! Food has been on a steady decline and rising in price , but today broke the straw for me. My rolls were falling apart, fish was not fresh. Ordered yaki udon, got udon soup instead. Beef teriyaki is typically my favorite dish, today the meat was so fatty and tough it was not edible and the streamed veggies were raw. Threw out most of it.
My family orders from here a couple times in the past the food has always been great.Today for mother's day I made a on-line order of over 100 dollars and 10 minutes after placing the order called to change something that I ordered by mistake ( sushi deluxe) I wanted ( sashimi delux) and wouldn't change the order causing me to spend another 20 dollars. And take home food no one eat.Not a good business plan. In my business the costumer needs come first...
I've ordered Mountain Fusion several times and ate there in person twice and it's safe to say they are great! In person, the staff is pleasant and efficient, the sushi is fantastic as always. The real treat was the appetizers in person! The salmon skin salad was crispy and absolutely out of this world. And the yellowtail collar was warm, flavorful, and a hidden gem on a stellar menu. It's worth the effort to find parking and pop inside for the warm, delicious delights that await!!
The ramen is fantastic. The service is very good. The atmosphere could use a little work.Highly recommend. Can't wait to try other dishes.

Got a seafood Ramen which was good but kind of flavorless & no spice at all which was disappointing not to mention kind of cold & really had no bite and it was like $17.00 bowl of ramen... the sushi we ordered was spicy crab spicy tuna spicy salmon & I believe a spider roll.... the sushi is basic its lacking something but can't put my finger on it.... the place was completely empty so thats sad and unfortunate I would like to try this place again however they are a bit pricey & I feel there's much better sushi ? places that are local as well... Sapporo beer ? kind of tasted flat.
