I use the app to order food from here by the time i get there my food always ready
I never do reviews . But I went with my 2 year old son . And puked once I left . This is probably the dirtiest place I ever been . Bathroom , tables etc. place should not be open. A owner should stop in and take a look at this place
Manager gave me a neurotic tone when I was to redeem a coupon through the app in store. The app literally has a button to “redeem in store” but he wanted me to press the “earn” button instead. Thinking he misheard me, I clarified by saying that I wanted to redeem a coupon, and that’s when he said “just listen to how I’m telling you to do it” in a neurotic tone. I will not be returning to this location.
Ordered a bowl and got a burrito somehow, food and customer service is consistently awful at this location
Everything was dirty. The glass surrounding the food was filthy. The pans looked like old food had never been cleaned off. The beverage station and all soda dripping off of all the lids and looked like it never gets wiped down. Went to wash my hands and the bathroom was disgusting. Even the glass doors to walk in weren't cleaned. No health code rating. Employees were constantly on their phone and looked like they didn't care to work at all. Never going back
Clean inside and food was good.
Middling food. Steam table pans not flipped, older food in them, not fresh or stocked even. Food is decent but nothing to go out of your way for. Will give it another shot one of these days for a final review.

Horrible food Moe's is a novelty mexican cuisine place if i could leave no stars i would.
Upon entering the restaurant, all of the employees were in the kitchen. I felt like they saw me through the window but I probably stood there for 3 or 4 minutes until someone came out. The two younger employees were both great, friendly and helpful. They were both wearing masks and put on fresh gloves. The manager, who rung me up at the end was not wearing his mask properly, and did not have gloves. Food is as good as always.
