Not exactly a full cup of soda. You can do better than that folks. Pay a little bit more attention to your job and a little bit less attention to talking to each other and your customers will be more satisfied and your ratings will go up.
Wow, I think this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. For Sunday lunch, the two managers were fighting. Even a simple order of 10 nuggets could not be filled. The only person working was the cashier. The managers promptly yelled at her because working is not condoned here.They had a note on the door that this was a family owned McDonald's. "Please call this number to give feedback". Similar to the rest of their restaurant, that number didn't work.

Nicest crew ever order was perfect they I came there very late with my kids and they didn’t care made everything exactly how we wanted it it was clean and the staff was so friendly only complaint don’t call me ma’am lol other than that they were great !!
I will be sueing this is not ok some kid have eat this I’m going to the hospital they will have to pay for everything Staten Island Island please be aware of your food at all times !!!!

Horrible service. Out of 10 times i have been there in 1 year, I have at least 6 complains. The food order has been incorrect, either missing or extra. I have never complian. As a customer I learned not to trust and double check my order before i leave. But having the worst customer service from a teenager by telling me that i didnt ask for ketchup when I place my order "and I know because I took your order". So i didn't get ketchup because i didn't ask while i place my order. I guess that is why i didnt get napkins in my bag as well. I forgot to ask for it. ?I guess thats what i get for going to get food where you people go. I will stick to a good restaurant, spend my money there but at least Im treated as a customer.
This is the first time I visited this Mc Donald on forest avenue and richmond avenue. I'm very disappointed because the cashier said that he ran out of tape and cannot give me a receipt. Secondly, i ordered 2 number 1, 1 number 3 and a cinnamon roll. When I got home, I had three fries, three sodas, 2 number one and the cinnamon roll. I kept calling and calling, no answer. It is my view that the employees are not taking their time or it a plot to steal from customers, either through reversing the sale or taking the food. They should respond. I will NEVER visit a Mc Donald AGAIN.
We ordered 2 number 1s and they made us wait in the parking lot for the food then had my husband walk up to the drive thru to get our food when it was ready.. really weird
Ya know how your trying to think of what you want and they keep yelling at ya what ya want? Lol. AND NO KETCHUP?! Come on! Haha it’s McDonalds oh well. The hash browns were nice and hot tho.
