Getting worse and worse. The drive thru now closes at 9m. Sometimes only one is operational.Sundaes don't exist and Frappe are a Crappe Shoot because they barely have them as well.Trying to avoid the headache of walking in I used the app with curbside pickup but 2 times they What I ordered wasn't available even though the app lets me make the order.Pro Tip McDonald's: If you don't have something available don't let customers buy it.It would be so bad if you could easily obtain a refund but that is an exercise in frustration. One Manager did it for me easily but on another day the manager said that it's impossible and that I needed to cancel the order. Meanwhile the order says it was filled and didn't let me get my money back.From FAST Food to SLOW motion and a bad MOOD.Get it together McDonald's. These issues can be easily fixed.
The quality of the food is always high, or basically what you would expect from any McDonald’s, it’s just that they are typically pretty slow at this location. Of course, I recognize that this is not their fault, as there are a humongous number of GrubHub or seamless type orders that they have to fulfill, and I’ve never seen their drive-through not be packed. Plus, the staff is generally super friendly, and definitely helpful.
The only thing I didn't like was they had no ice cream. I don't know if it was that it was late and they were being lazy or they were just out. I find it hard to believe that a big place like this can allow running out of ice cream. Everything else was great. Even the employees were nice.
The drive thru was horrible and confusing. You drive up to pick up your food, and a employee walks over to your car to hand over your food. I knew that immediately that it wasn't my food he was giving me, because we Ordered several meals and drinks, and he tried to give us a small bag of food. When I asked where is the rest of the food, he said this was it. I said no, and showed him my pending credit card charge and he said hold on a minute and walked off. He mixed up the order and gave our food to the car in front that drove away. Check before you drive off.
Tired of spending top dollar at this McDonald's in the drive thru to go home and be disappointed. Sometimes no hamburgers in the buns Sometimes nothing in the egg mcmuffin except a English muffin. Wrong orders or coffee grounds in the coffee not even a little, an obnoxious amount in both regular and iced coffee. I understand fast food. But there needs to be someone to check the orders as they go out. I hate to complain but it's not fair we are all paying for this food. Please try to correct these issues with staff. Thank You!
Food is usually correct in the drive thru and in restaurant. Everything is hot when you get it. The fries are good but only if you eat them on the spot or the ride home. They quickly become a soggy mess. When it comes to delivery you can skip them. Quality is not the issue so far as getting the correct items is.
Ordered multiple items , staff added 2 extra sandwiches to my order and I didn't order them , I knew price was high but was in rush to get back to hospital for my sick mother . When I called the store they just kept hanging up on me. Was charge 16.80 extra never going back qnd emailed corporate let's see if they care about their 40 year customer
It’s sucks. It’s a mess. Didn’t pack the order right. It missed out one burger and it takes them 45 mins to place the missing item. It’s ridiculous! Will never come back to this place. Please check your order before leaving.
The new set up is horrible! No space, 1 register ("other is for drive through when the 1 in back breaks"). Who ever agreed to rebuild this building & redesign it this way is beyond me. & not kid friendly at all anymore. Not even adult friendly. Use to be cool, warm, inviting, fun. Now its cold, dreadful, no room for the lines or people to order & pick up their food. They also cut down the menu alot, no more chicken selects, snack wraps, salads, peanuts & I don't know what else.
Waited 6 minutes in the drive thru for someone just to talk to me. Found an obvious PUBIC HAIR in my nugget box, shorted me a nugget and gave me no dip when I asked.UPDATE: Why do you always ask "What sauce would u like?" ... but then never give sauce!
