A Bit Pricey... But Quality isn't Cheap.... And Cheap isn't Quality.....Everything is Delicious And Fresh....?
The worst place ever! They are bigot and bluntly racist! I was patronizing this store years ago and I kept a good image of the service that was friendly and welcoming. I decided to treat my co-workers with bagels a week ago and chose that store despite other stores being close to me and my job. The shorthand Latino cook ignored me, was dismissive, and rude to me when I ask to be attended to after standing at the order counter for a while. He raised his voice at me for not choosing the bagels at his pace. The men in charge of the register tried to attend to the White man behind me in the line when he could clearly see that I was first in the line. The White man was honest enough to signal that I was first. The man at the counter curtly attended to me, rudely pack the bags, and dishonestly kept my change when I was overwhelmed with emotions and the two bags to carry. Leaving the store, I understood that it has been too long since I patronized them and that I have overstayed my welcome. I have better ways to spend my money and I know better business people who deserve it!
I see some of these negative comments and laugh. $6.00 for a bagel with cream cheese and egg. Lady everything has gone up under the Biden administration. I came here every weekend when I lived in the neighborhood. And since I moved it's been tough ti get here bit I stopped by today 7/11/22 and had a raisin bagel with walnut cream cheese and took a muffin home with me. The kids loved it. I'll definitely have to try and get back here more often.
The food is awesome, the staff is great, the location is amazing. Ample amount of parking and did I say that the food is awesome??!

PAYED $6 FOR A BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE & 1 EGG ON IT!!!! $6 dollars, this is highway robbery. PLUS THEY CHARGE TAX ON TOP OF THAT ON ITEMS LIKE ARIZONA & $1 CHIPS WHICH ALREADY HAVE TAXES INCLUDED

I ask for bagel with butter they try give me cream cheese and I ask the girl if it’s butter and she lie to me I guess no brain there you lie to customers
Bagels and breakfast is my thing! And i know the spots on staten island to eat. 24 hours open on holidays and a staple in the area. This is a REAL Bagel store.always friendly Anthony behind the counter ready to cook any sandwich you’re looking for. They also have hot food for lunch. A great beverage selection. And more self serve coffee bar then anyone needs. Now back to the bagels always hot and fresh when i get there around 730-8am daily. Huge selection. Also add a hash brown to your B.E.C.S.P.K on an Egg Everything Bagel. That was this morning. Some benefits about the place. They have a parking lot in front. They are connected to some other businesses. Also a great place to play lotto tickets, I’ve hit on some scratch-offs but im still waiting to hit the mega millions there. Get there early lines do form but they have a way of serving everyone quickly and not to much of a wait line. Let me know what you think after enjoying a bagel or sandwich at this establishment.
Oh on earth puts jalapenos on philly cheesesteak ?!! That’s disgusting. Second im pregnant and can’t eat jalapeños because it gives me a bad heartburn. Went back so they can make me a new one because they didn’t tell me it came with jalapeños. The guy that made it gave me an attitude and didn’t want to make me a new one without charging me another $14 when it was their mistake. They treat their customers and the girl that answers the phone poorly. DONT GO THERE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ITS EXPENISVE AND THE FOOD ISNT ALL THAT.OH AND THE OWNER WAS STANDING THERE WITHOUT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE. HE LET HIS RUDE STAFF HANDLE THE PROBLEM AND POORLY. MY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND I WONT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE BECUASE THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER.
