Incompetency at its finest. We go in for breakfast at 11 am to be completely ignored by the counter staff for a good 5 minutes. Then, we are told it would be a 25 minute wait for food. We still wait, for 5 minutes for someone to ask us for our order. We sit for a little under ten minutes to be told the oven don’t work, and we say we don’t want anything l, since now the options are limited to muffins and fruit due to the absence of an operable oven. Then the kid has the audacity to ask me IF I would WANT my money back. I’m not going to donate $35 to nothing when not even getting food and wasting nearly 30 minutes of our time; will not be coming back.
Love this place. Some of the best coffee, especially the cold brew. Great healthy food options made fresh. A small backyard to enjoy sitting outside and listen to the birds sing. And the staff is always super nice and friendly. We come here often.

I love love love Main Street Coffee!!! It's so cozy! The workers are all so nice! I have only had the iced mocha a few times, delicious made to perfection... Going tomorrow, might try something else. Highly recommended!!!!!
I really like this spot, depending on who's running the counter. It's a cute local coffee shop with excellent coffee and food. Last time I came here the service was excellent. The people at the counter were polite and considerate. This morning the counter people would not even acknowledge the people forming a line for service. Not so much as a "hold on be right with you" or "are you being helped". After about 10 minutes of being completely ignored I politely asked the older woman at the counter if they were taking orders. She replies in a a rude/aggressive tone "YES WE DO" turns right back around and continues to ignore myself and other patrons. So I left and went to Finas Farmhouse just down the block. Writing this in hopes they do something about it. I like to support local, much rather come here than a Starbucks. Poor customer service has killed many promising businesses, don't let that happen here guys. Willing to give it another shot at some point, and if things change for the better I'd love to change the post. But if not, ill speak with my patronage.....
My favorite cold brew on Staten Island! The baristas who work here are great, they make really consistent coffee and food (and also play cool music).Worth noting that there can be a bit of a wait if you are ordering food since there are usually only 1-2 people working and they have to handle online orders too. Super quick if you're just getting drinks though!Always love coming here. Nice environment to bring your laptop and do some work too.
I came in with my family for take out and even tipped 20% and sadly everyone got there food and they totally forgot about us and I was upset it took 1 hour to get our food! They brought it out as if we were going to eat there again not paying attention we been waiting an hour for TAKEOUT. The smoothie tasted like just ice don’t recommend any smoothie does not look like they know how to make a smoothies. I’m just disappointed and wanted to try this place out and was not expecting this at all. The workers look like they don’t want to be there and careless. Never coming here again! Don’t recommend
I ordered a waffle and coffee (without having ever set foot in the state of NY) to be delivered to a friend there in Staten Island all the way from SC. She loved it so much! I am pretty sure you have a new regular :) Thanks for making great coffee!

Clearly a place for women. If you are guy and just want a quick coffee...be prepared to wait awhile. Prior today's visit, women on line ---making major decisions on what to get.. I had to leave...couldn't wait forever. Today's visit...cashier in deep conversation with another lady.....I did manage to get my coffee...but no thank you. I can go to a deli nearby.
