Absolutely horrible service, waited 30 mins after ordering for guacamole and chips, eventually cancelled order. Another customer was waiting over an hour for food and also asked for refund. Poor girl at the bar completely overwhelmed with angry customers because of wait times. Seemed to be prioritizing DoorDash orders and staff meals over customers in restaurant. Avoid.

While we genuinely love their food and coffee, the wait for anything here is very long. Whether there’s a line of 5 people or just one order, we’ve always waited 15 minutes plus for anything. It never feels like a place we can just walk in to pick up a “quick coffee”. It’s the most frustrating thing about this place.
Used to be our 5/5 spot—but the quality of the coffee has hit a sharp decline the last 6 or so times here. Lattes often burnt, not enough milk. I suspect it’s just inexperienced staff—but ownership needs to quality control and coach them up. The service is great, and the food is delicious.

When I went to pick up an order from here for delivery, I noticed you guys don't protect the customer's drinks. It doesn't take much to put each individual coffee in a brown paper bag and staple them top of it for the customer's safety. BECAUSE WHEN A CUSTOMER ODERS FOR THE FIRST TIME SEE THAT THE DRIVER CAN LITERALLY REMOVE THE LID AND DO GOD KNOWS WHAT TO THEIR COFFEE, THEY DON'T ORDER AGAIN! (If you want your online delivery business to thrive, you'll protect the customer's drinks so they can be repeat customers).
