Overpriced and overhyped. Was excited to try a new place based on great reviews. Instead, my seared tuna had barely a sear and was cooked well done. Surprisingly, the jerk corn side that came with it was delicious. My dining companion's main dish was a seafood feast which was swrimmiing in butter. He said that the scallops and shrimp tasted like they had been frozen. The sauce that came with his pasta rendered it inedible. If this were an Applebee's meal, I would have been fine with it. But for over $100, with tip, I expect to enjoy my meal. To add insult to injury, there is a credit card surcharge; which took me by surprise.
I had seen this place for year and never tried until fathers day 2022. I had a great time my luigini with clams was perfect. The sauce was perfectly balances. I also got a helping of class too. For dessert I had the best key lime pie I have had in a great time. Perfectly tart and the texture was just right. Cannot wait to go back.
Great customer service the food was great. I only want to say to the chef when frying shrimp ? make sure not to over fry . The batter should not be dark .The lobster bisque soup ? was delicious. Ambiance/ music great ? will come back ????
Was about 9:15PM when we walked in. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Greeted with a welcoming smile and hello. We were famished, and craving seafood. We were seated at a table, right under an A/C went blowing on us, and it was freezing! We asked if we could please change tables, and an older gent got VERY flustered and somewhat annoyed and said “we are closing the second dining room,” so I guess that meant NO, and we sat back down and froze. Mind you, there were three tables occupied in that second dining room and we were the only table in the first dining room. Should have left then and went to Marina Café.The young, friendly waitress took our order and promptly brought bread and butter to our table. Food was good, I ordered Shrimp parm, hubby had fish and chips. A bit discouraging to find out that the fish part of the fish & chips was actually made with Basa, ehich is a fancy name for Catfish. Was hoping for Cod or Haddock.Dessert was a Tartufo and was good.Wrapping it up, a nice experience, except for the older gent making us feel totally unwelcome and like we were an annoyance. Didn’t even offer to lower the A/C when we told him how cold we felt. If he is the Mgr. or owner, he needs to take a class in patron ethics, or some lessons from his very polite staff.
I have been going there for years and always fresh delicious well prepared seafood. Very friendly service, they make you feel welcomed. I love that they offer you either Little neck or top neck clams. It's nice when a restaurant knows the difference.
Always an amazing time at this place! Oyster oreganata are so good, stuffed shrimp, fried calamari, steak and lobster is done so well, that steak was so tender and the lobster tail was huge! Even the veggies are done perfectly. Seafood is very fresh and the food is well prepared. Portions are huge and prices are so good. Casual and the staff are very attentive.
We ate there monday night. Seriously bestbe seaseafood broke serving awesome service my. Fav restraunt rottenculle
Best lunch specials around only $11. Linguine with red clam sauce and Linguine with fried calamari both excellent and good portion size. You can't beat this place for quality and cost at lunch time.
This place is paradise if you love seafood. Whether its fresh raw clamps or shrimps cooked to perfection or lobsters steamed, they taste great. Don't miss the specials (dine-in only) on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Very attentive weight staff, food is amazing and the price is on par for Is cuisine this good.
