Been here once about a year ago for lunch. They had their lunch specials- which I ordered but they didn’t honor that saying I had to mention I came for the lunch special before I order the food:) which didn’t make sense to me but I didn’t argueAnother day I ordered crab cakes - that were just like ‘bread’ doughEveryone deserves a last chance I thought today.Ordered a large house salad and a shrimp cocktail - which was listed as 1/2 pound in the menu. What I got was 6 shrimps - which is max 3oz not 1/2 pound as statedPaid ~35$ still hungryService was nice though. Will never come back

First time for dinner with family. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this meals. Even those that are not seafood lovers. Looking forward to it next visit.

We have been going to Lobster House Joe's since it opened on Arthur Kill Road. Food is always fresh.Love. ❤️❤️

Food was fresh + delicious...wait staff could not have been more efficient + pleasant. Great experience, would definately recommend !!!

Service and food is always great! We use to go to the original one on Hylan Blvd before the one on the South opened.

Great variety of seafood prepared different styles. Always large portions usually require a doggy bag because it’s too much to finish. Great service staff, you won’t be disappointed.

Went there with a friend for the advertised luncheon specials, but the restaurant wouldn't honor them, even though the advertisements were still running. What a shame, this used to be a favorite place with excellent seafood, but with terrible disappointing customer service like that, we both walked out, taking our business and our money elsewhere. They were nearly empty, can they really afford to turn paying customers away?Forget you, never again will I darken your doorstep!

My family and I had a great dinner here last night. Nothing too fancy, but nice place. The food was great and very reasonable. Service was great too.We got an avocado shrimp roll for appetizer that was awesome. Mt entree was the garlic sauce pasta with shrimp, which was great too. Can't wait to go back.

I know there is a second location on Hyland blv. However, I have only been to the one on Arthur Kill rd several times. Each time I am completely satisfied with the food and drinks. This most recent time the staff was a little younger and seemed a little less experience and attentive, still I was patient since COVID, help is hard to come by. In addition, I will recommend coming here for an early dinner, say around 5ish because I came a little after 7p and they were already out of the king crab legs, luckily they have plenty of other delicious options! Deff recommend and will be a continuous customer!
