Love the specials they have I know prices went up but they did all over . Cashier's should ask for your loyalty card or phone number so people do forget then they don't get the discount look into this thanks others have remarked about this also..
Excellent prices and good quality products. The staff is very helpful. You can find most of what you need there, just like any other grocery store. Nice selection of meats although the chicken is always gone apparently local restaurants are sending employees there to buy chicken.
the store is great for international foods, fruit and vegetables.it's always very crowded and they have finally removed items in the center of isles so that customers have more space.that might be good during the pandemic!
Restrooms say out of service, but they are not. The bathrooms are clean and working great. Go ahead and use them. Don't let the rude lady baking bread discourage you.

When it just opened in Staten Island it was a great addition to food shopping. But now the place is greatly unorganized, lots of empty spaces, item are not stocked, and the worse thing which I think is totally un respectful to their customers: they closed the customer’s bathroom a long while ago and never re-opened them. They even blocked the entrance with a piece of store furniture and if you have a medical condition: first good luck finding a manager or someone to help you! And then if you are lucky enough and finally get someone with a good attitude that will listen to you they will tell you to walk half a block and go up the escalator to the mall bathroom! When other stores like Primark always has a clean bathroom for their customer’s!
there used to be these two sweet girls that always assisted me. unfortunately they no longer work here and I am not surprised. cashiers are so ruthless and god forbid you ask any other employees or supervisors for help. I reported seeing products with HOLES in them clearly what looked like bite marks and nothing was done. not worth the visit, take your business elsewhere for better service. not sure how this has high ratings.
Love it. We always find fresh produce, spice varieties, cured meat, and delicious bread and pastries. Fresh meet, dairy and beer. And of course flowers for my wife!
I usually use the cashier to serve yourself, the lady who stands to help people, unfortunately she treats people rudely, I like to serve myself at this cashier, due to Corona conditions, I don't like anyone touching my things. And they have a staff member who is supposed to help people if they need something, but she doesn't help people She talks disrespectfully, she talks rudely, I loved the Lidl Staten Island branch, but this lady who doesn't respect people and treats them rudely, made me hate going to Lidl, I don't know how A lady working in a supermarket like Lidl treats people rudely, she treated me rudely and the cashier was empty, she didn't want me to use it and I told her I didn't want anyone to touch my things because of the virus. She said in a rude way that everyone touches things, and this lady wants to fight and not work, I have always loved shopping in Lidl Staten Island but I was really upset after shopping in this place. The lady who stands at the cashier to serve yourself that people use and serve themselves, unfortunately treats people rudely, and spoke to me rudely, and waved her hand rudely,. I was surprised why? Why are you talking so rudely? Why does Lidl not monitor the behavior of their employees? Does he make them learn rudely with customers I am very annoyed and disappointed in a place I have been constantly buying from but after such rude manner I am upset and amazed at the indifference A big place like Lidl does not monitor the behavior of its staff and allows them to act unfairly politely with the customer, this lady with short hair Treating people with racism and intolerance, How does a place as big as Lidl employ racist people, I hope Lidl employs staff with experience in dealing with customers and I hope the staff will treat customers with respect
This store use “COVID excuse “ and closed their restrooms from customers. Some elderly customers who has medical conditions can’t even use it. Cashiers many times can’t scan items and find items correct price.
