this employee named Tiffany was so helpful with my order and very patient with me. she made sure i had everything including utensils and sauces in my bag. I would highly recommend visiting this store throughout the week and try their mac and cheese and broccoli with the chicken tenders!
Wonderful customer service, the 3 girls that work over there are so kind and care for the customer, unlike other places i’ve been too, these are high quality meals they prepare and always with a smile. Fried chicken the best on the island!
Great food and service, the employees are so nice and respectful, they make sure your order is complete and done right, I’m a personal fan of the chicken tenders and fries but all of the food looks so great to eat :)

What’s the point of coming here? Bland food, small portions and priced hire then a fast food spot.Spicy chicken sandwich was two chicken nugget size pieces of meat between stale I think “whole wheat” buns.
Horrible experience!! I called and placed a order for 6 chicken wings and 2 cornbreads which I order frequently when I go there a young man usually takes my order! Yesterday it was a long lady who took my order once I arrived and paid I noticed it was 6 piece hot wings and not the chicken wings I asked for she continued to argue with me about these Orr the wings I explained to her those are hot wings I asked for chicken wings with the wing and leg together I never had a problem before!!what happened to the customer is always right? The young man with the glasses comes who usually helps me and told the young lady she wanted the fried chicken wings he said he could make them is would take an additional 20 minutes which I didn’t have to spear! So I asked for a refund now here’s the kicker he didn’t know how to give me a refund tried calling the manager twice manager picks up and barely knows how to instruct him on how to give me a refund just a complete mess!! I end up leaving unhappy without my refund and something I didn’t ask for horrible customer service
Placed an order online for Victory Blvd location at 5:22 for a 6:45 delivery. At 7 called and was told it was out for delivery. Called back at 7:40 and was then told it wasn’t even made yet and if I wanted it. Have ordered from Guyon Ave when at work with no problems. This location is the worst, not even an apology.Never againIt’s been over a week and they have not issued me a refund!
Overpriced and they don’t know their own menu prices
This place used to be one of the best in the area with a maximum charge of $9 per person. All of a sudden, a new management took over and the quality start declining steeply. Now a single order will cost you $13 and it will look like the attached pictures, as if I am eating after someone else! ??Bottom line, quality, portions and representation should be a priority if the new management wants to stay in business..and please do not serve customers your leftovers anymore!!
Excellent chicken, wraps, and salads. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Definitely recommended!
