Food is delicious and taste fresh!! Cusromer service is good and the price is not too expensive.
Went in for lunch time.Service was quick and the countertops in the kitchen and dining areas were clean. Was greeted promptly after entering through the door and the lady who took my order was sweet.Food was good. Had their half chicken with two sides (broccoli/green beans) and for around $13 couldn’t complain. Everything tasted good. They had a bunch of other items that looked good along with a salad bar.Also happy the owners allow no masks. They definitely gained a loyal paying customer.
Highly upset today i waited 2.5 hours for my food order i called 45 min into waiting to be told it just left its coming now i called an hour in an half in got told they are busy wait then food came ice cold and best of all raw! The chickens were raw called up got asked did we eat it did i eat it? Its raw then got told the driver will come out get the food bring it back to store to determine a refund or not um really? My company has supported this buisness thru out the whole pandemic 1500 orders and you think im trying to get over on you for a 45 dollar meal? Poor service poor management. We will never eat at this place again and all catering orders will be taken to another place. If i was you take your money else where!
Lots of parking, good location, well made food. I got the fried chicken, corn, mash potatoes with a corn bread. Service is fast, u walk and order and pay first. Then they will prepare the food for you. There is tables to sit and dine. Place was clean and employees were friendly. I brought the food back home and ate the fried chicken after like 40mins and it was still crispy.
I visited this location on Mon evening and ordered a order to go, I noticed that they pre cooked there grilled chicken. When I questioned why didn't make it fresh on the spot I was told it was just something they did that night, do to issues they had. So the grilled chicken was like rubber. But tonight I gave them another chance so I called for a delivery I was told it would be a 4.00 delivery charge. I only live 1.6 miles away. I think that is ridiculous 4.00 plus a tip for delivery. So if I spend 30.00 it would be like 9.00 for delivery and tip, thats 30%. So I drove the 1.6 miles only to see that once again there grilled chicken was pre cooked in Reynolds wrap behind counter. so I walked out!! IM DONE with la rosa chicken, if your gonna charge the prices you do you should give fresh food made to order.

Hands down, one if the best and freshest to-go restaurants in SI/NJ. Never had a bad meal, prices are reasonable, food is delicious and fresh, and delivery is always quick! Although their roasted chicken is the staple, their other menu items are also delicious!
They must have gotten new owners because the food now is excellent. Chicken cooked perfectly, wraps are wrapped tightly and grilled, sides are delicious. Food comes hot and fast.
Me and my coworker got food and we got a bone and fat in our burrito bowl. After that we proceeded to tell the people that worked there and when they asked if we wanted something else they proceeded to tell us we have to pay before having to argue for it.
Found a hair in my food and the manager refused to fix the problem. I ate here everyday and now I won’t be coming back.
