The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The only part that needs improvement is the space. I'm sure if they had a bigger location it would be crowded because the food is on point.
Excellent authentic Mexican food. Nice colorful decor, my fiancé and her daughter loved it too. Table Service was good. Friendly server.
Great food. Tacos are delicious, tacos de Berria ?. Also Aguas de Tamarindo, horchata, y Jamaica very good, not too sweet just right. Steak Burrito good too.Definitely will be coming back.
Really cute little place, very colorful and festive. Only had the chorizo taco and it was excellent, full of flavor and the texture of the taco was perfect. The tacos are small though but definitely worth it.
I heard good things about this place but my order was disgusting. Just oil and grease. The Birria tasted like oil, nothing else. Easily the worst I have ever had. I'm expecting to be sick later on. I haven't been this put off by a meal in a long time.The taco itself tasted pretty good but I had to wipe the grease off. it was just dripping in grease.I'm actually pretty upset that I ate it. I thought maybe it was me because I was tired and had a few drinks but my brother and stepmom tasted it and said "it's just oil."I just want to add that I'm Latino as well so I know good food. This is not it. I gave 2 stars because I think this was a mistake. I don't even know if they have Barras on the menu but everything else seemed to be okay. But yeah, don't expect to keep your customers if you are serving that much grease/oil. In my entire life, I have never had to comment on such a thing and I hope this is the last time.I'm going to read the reviews and maybe give it 1 last try but as of right now it's 2 thumbs down from me. Plenty of better authentic restaurants on the island.
Just moved to this area from Bay Ridge. Have to say I’m mostly disappointed by the take out food options.Not this place. Casa Del Taco rocks. Place is really clean and the food is terrific. The tortas are insanely good. You can tell that there is love and pride behind the food based on how it’s all put together.One thing I love is their burritos. I don’t really want a burrito the size of my head half full of filler garbage. The ones from CDT aren’t huge but they pack a punch. Quality over quantity.
I wont come back here anymore! After a guy complaining about his food and rejected to take it back, i have see what they did. They started to prepare my sandwich when I step next to the grill and for some reasons i saw used avicado with white sauce on it ready to add to my sandwich! The other guy rejected meal as he have some alergic reaction contained in the food! I told the cooker what he was doing to my food and he didnt have words and then say he was visible nervous then he state he was preparing the sandwinch.If I was not right there where he was preparing the meal behind the wall he will certery put the other guy sandwich food stuff to mine!!!!!!I wont come back to this place ever!
First time eating here and was kinda disappointed. If your coffee lover I wouldn’t suggest getting coffee from here because it’s mediocre. I ordered a chimichanga and from a rate of 1 to 10 it was a 6.5 so not bad but what threw me off more is that they don’t have heaters, although they do place heaters they’re small and aren’t enough to make the area warm.
I've had some very up and down experiences here..the Birria was super disappointing. The Al pastor meat from the spit though, is fantastic. Unfortunately it's the only meat that stood out.If you want Al pastor with delicious salsa's is a great place, otherwise steer clear.
Food was delicious! I had the Birria tacos & a fish taco.. both absolutely amazing! Will be ordering again!
