The food here was good and it tasted fresh. The place seemed very clean. Thought it was kind of weird that they prepare your sandwiches directly on top of the counter with no paper or foil or anything underneath it while making the sandwich. It was empty but if there were other customers and each sandwich was just being placed directly on the counter with no barrier, it'd be unsanitary.
always amazing, always delicious! the staff here is awesome and works hard even though they're always busy. IMO this is the only jersey mikes I go to because they always make my sandwiches the best. thanks guys!!!!

I’m waiting to pick up my order while watching staff make food the cashier who was also helping make the food rang someone up, took a $20 bill, gave back change various bills and coins and then proceeded to continue to make food with the same gloves he touched the money with grabbing lettuce throwing it on the sandwiches, adding other toppings etc... I love jersey mikes but I wouldn’t stop by this location again. Also they are under staffed. 2 people working with a bunch of orders to fill ridiculous.

Good food, good portion size, and great customer service. The establishment looked very clean and the cleanliness of the bathroom was commendable. Cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a fast food establishment.
I ordered my regular sandwich (43), with extra meat, cheese, and extra chipotle sauce. This is what I frequently get when I order, whether I'm in VA, SC, or here in NY. I ordered through the app as I usually do. The sandwich I received today looked disgusting. There was so much chipotle sauce that I could scoop it with a spoon. I spoke to a gentleman who said he was the manager (Igor), and he proceeded to tell me, "Well, that's what you ordered." (No, I didn't order a sloppy mess on bread.) As he said with his arms crossed, consistently repeating those words. I asked for the franchise owners name or email, and he proceeded to tell me he couldn't give the number, and there was no email. I advise if you're going to order, order simple. By the way of the franchise owner happens to see this, please contact me.
I just went to this this Jersey Mike's in Staten island on Richmond Ave . I ordered buffalo chicken sub and a bacon chicken sub. All I got from both sandwiches was mush and salt . Its ashame I always see the commericals on tv and thought this would be a good choice. I do not recommend going to Jersey Mike's for a good sandwich.
The sandwiches are really good and fresh! My only problem is what’s the point of being vaccinated and still not be able to dine in!! I have to eat my sandwich in my car and spill lettuce tomato oil vinegar all over my hoodie !!! Open up inside seating
