Small menu, not like before. Girl at the front desk looked like she was ready to start fighting. 2 stars because of our waitress who was very nice. Food was better in the past. Will not be back.
Besides the interior renovation that booths chairs are still ripped. The place smells like an old rag they don’t clean properly hence the kitchen the tables and the entire environment smells like an old rag they don’t use proper cleaning supplies! Very saddened and disgusting due to the fact that this is the only location here! They also need better parking. In the parking lot smells and filled with litter
Our Server Noah was awesome he was very professional very kind he Was fast Had all our orders correct no mistakes my son had to be in work at a certain time he made sure his food was out first .. we were a group of 10 and he handled us very Well We are very pleased Also Diane who greeted us handled the front with ease I thought she was a manager seated everyone with no confusion our wait time was not long at all she accommodated everyones needs very pleased with the service provided today Thank you Noah and Diane ??
Mistake! Filthy place in a ghetto neighborhood. Food (overstatement) corresponding With the overall ambiance and patrons. What was I thinking? These were the worst pancakes ever…. In the “house of pancakes”
The restaurant is nice & clean. It’s always pretty busy. Stuff are very nice & understanding. Feels like the price is little higher. But because the food is really good, you don’t feel that bad for spending too much. I go there all the time.
very dirty when I came in, stable we were sat at was covered in syrup and the table next to us was even dirtier. threw up my entire meal an hour later, definitely gave me food poisoning ?
I went Monday morning March 21, 2022, with my husband to have a birthday breakfast. And there was a rush as we got there. One of the employees named Kimberly came and quickly got everyone seated. We were waiting to order and she happened to take our order too. As we waited for our food, we watched her multitasking like crazy, jumping between taking orders, putting take out orders, bringing out food to tables and also seating those who walked in. It was awesome to see her juggling different tasks and maintaining a smile. She was very pleasant and never got stressed out as she managed multiple situations with professionalism. The food came late and stone cold, toast was stale, they skimped on the omelette filling, they put unmelted craft singles cheese on the omelette, bacon was under cooked, eggs were over cooked, and to top it all off the cashier cleaned her nails with my credit card. I wish this was a joke review… but it is not.
Best breakfast in Staten Island!! Great food at a great price. I highly recommend the grilled chicken breast dinner and pancakes….wonderful service from Kim and Diane.
