On weekends the line is quite long but their service is fast and friendly. They helped me out quite a bit as this was my first time ordering bubble tea.
I've been to other Gong Chas in NJ and they've always been great so it was really a shock to see how poorly run this one is. I ordered two drinks today and from the time of my receipt, it took the 2 girls making the drinks 15 minutes to make our order. The girl at the cashier was the only one actually working. There was only one couple ahead of us and we watched the girls goof off on their phone, chat with two friends that came by while the line for people waiting for their drinks grew and grew. One of them even made a phone call while they giggled and ignored the drink cups. They also had no idea which drink was for which order because they didn't care to look at the receipt numbers when they made them, a guy that ordered after us got his drink first. When the girl finally picked up the cup for our drink order she distracted herself TWICE to pick up her phone and text, completely ignorant to how many people were waiting. What garbage service, I'll never come back.
These are the best workers ever!! So nice, so humble, so welcoming, and so friendly. In addition to coming to get bubble tea, I come to see my friends!! I love this place!!
When it’s a sweltering hot day, and you really want to drink something sweet or something other than water, I would recommend you to come to Gong Cha and taste their drinks. Although there’s many boba place on the island, the best is still Gong Cha, the service and the tea and the boba are just enough if not perfect for the summer. If I have to rate it out of ten I would give it a solid 20.
The best boba on the island I love my boba sweet and they actually make it sweet for me, the employees are very kind and friendly I will definitely recommend my friends to try gong cha and will definitely go back.

So glad that we finally have a Gong Cha in Staten Island, and I don't have to trek to Brooklyn for my favorite bubble tea, can't wait to go back!
So this is my second time going to Gong Cha in Staten Island mall. I asked for a mango yogurt with star lychee jelly. My boyfriend came back with a mango yogurt drink with coconut jelly. I went back to ask for what I initially wanted. The girl that was at the register was like it is the same as the lychee jelly and told me to give it a try. So I did and I didn't like the coconut flavor and then she told me it is pineapple flavor..... I'm like just make me a new drink because I don't like it. So I asked for mango yogurt with tapioca topping. I watched her pour the old drink into a new one and added tapioca in it. That defeats the purpose of making a "new" drink because the "pineapple or coconut" flavor is still in the drink. I was so frustrated with the service
Way too sweet, all three drinks taste so bad. Its like drinking syrup, and you can tell from the color, its not milktea
Their drinks are so good and afforable but when you order from uber eats, it takes an hour and 30-2 hours for it to arrive. Must be pretty busy!
