Ordered 2 cheesesteaks, both of which were phenomenal but the prices seemed to have climbed significantly about 25% from when I was here a year ago. Not sure if it’s because I ordered from Grubhub this time or prices are on the March from all the funny money being printed in Washington. Im never dissatisfied or disappointed with this restaurant. I had delivery and the food came quickly and still hot! Id love to see fresh mozzarella and gravy added to the menu. That would be soo delicious

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! This evening (10/19/2020) I called and placed a delivery order. The woman taking my order over the phone was extremely rude. The fact that I had to repeat myself as she was distracted should of been a sign that my order was going to be completely wrong or incomplete. Before I could ask the total the woman hangs up the phone and ends the conversation abruptly. My food gets arrives and the order is missing an item. The driver says my card will be refunded. I immediately call the restaurant back to see if they are going to refund my account or send the missing items from my order. The woman from G Knows asks, “do you really need it.” Talk about poor customer service! But wait it gets worse. She insists that I take a house credit and use it towards a future order. I politely decline and state I would like a refund on my credit card or the remainder of my order delivered. She yells fine and hangs up the phone. Five minutes later the delivery driver appears with the remainder of my order. I asked the delivery driver, “ who is the woman taking orders over the phone?” The man places my items on the steps turns his back and shouts“ I do not know.” Then he drives off extremely fast in his silver car to demonstrate his frustrations of having to return and drop off the food. Do not order from here unless you want under cooked food, poor service, and your money Held if your order os delivered in correctly.
Very expensive- but when you want a cheesesteak and you're too far, you'll take a pretty good one. Haven't been there in a while, it may have changed.
