Ordered today, they sent the wrong order and when a refund was requested with food returned the people were screaming and wont refund. They are Terrible..
Customer service has gone downhill. These people have no empathy, & disrespectful. No one wants to eat food from a restaurant with such negativity. Will be calling BBB if there’s no change.
Service was good, price was good.But these might be the worst tacos I’ve ever eaten.
This is my family’s favorite place to eat the food is always fresh and delicious specially the flour tortillas and the beef fajitas.
Moved to Staten Island recently and found Fresh Tortillas&Taco via a friend recommendation. It has quickly become one of my regular places to visit in New Dorp!! Reliable service and food, and never disappoints. I usually get the hard shell tacos (either chicken, steak, or tofu), and the chips&guac. The fried chicken is yummy too.
The food at this family run business is are amazing. They do not have indoor seating open yet but takeout is still great.
Messed up my entire order, and refused to correct my order or refund me. Also gave unseasoned uncooked shrimp on a taco. Beyond disappointed with the food and the service.
If I could give a zero, I would. Everything is most likely from a can. I wasted $10. There’s not even an ounce of Mexican food flavor. Probably a shame to Mexican food itself. I actually threw away half of my food.
Good quesadillas
I ordered a chicken n steak quesadilla....this is what they gave us.Called and they would not fix the order even though we said we'd give this garbage back.Sadly won't be calling them anymore....I've loved them for years but nope....not good customer service
