This restaurant is amazing! The food is always on point, friendly staff well for the time I have been going there is really only one lady “staff”. However only one major problem and it seems like it’s been that way since the pandemic. They do not have a driver to deliver the food. That is a issue because when you’re in the mood for Thai food and you’re at work like I normally am I can’t just leave my worksite to get food so having a driver is definitely one thing I think this company needs.
The best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been! Everything tasted authentic Thai food with decent price and excellent service. I highly recommend their Pad Thai :)
Food is good. Price is decent. However, the customer service needs an overhaul. You can call ahead multiple times to order and then to confirm that your order is ready, and you can still be expected to wait. You ring the bell that they have there and they will tell you they will be right with you. However, you'll still have to wait. The first time we came here, we ordered 45 minutes in advance, however they didn't put the order in until we got there. The time on the kitchen ticket confirmed it. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seems to happen each time we order. Maybe consider changing the workflow to optimize pickups.
Certainly a place worth visiting, the food is good and fresh, the cost is fair and it is constantly well kept here. Kudos.
Are you craving something satisfying without breaking the bank? I don’t live in Staten Island but when I do visit my dear friend who DOES live in Staten Island, I almost always find my way to Forest Thai for an order of their mouthwatering Curry Puff Chicken, maybe some classic, but hit-the-spot yummy, Pad Thai, or anything in their Thai Curry! But...mainly, I dream about the Curry Puff Chicken. Can’t go wrong with their Noodle dishes as well. It’s consistently delicious Thai food, especially because there are SO many Thai places to choose from!!! It’s a real treat to discover a Thai spot that delivers fantastic food and equally efficient service.Enjoy!???
