Service is terrible, and the employees are very nasty and inconsiderate. One simple order took over 25 minutes for something that could have took 2 minutes. Very disappointing because the food is great, but the service is enough to not want to go back.
I personally feel it is too expensive. 34 bucks for 2 burgers, small fry and one soda. The burgers are good but the price is ridiculous
My favorite burger place where I always order and im always happy with it except for today,I got the burger right away after it was done and the bun was cold and the burger was like dry,the guy who was grilling the burgers was pressimg so hard on the patties so the burger was dry, and the grill wasnt clean shiny like it always has been,I had a bacon cheeseburger that came without bacon, you should train more newbies,please consider my review
The burgers here are always delicious and the service is one of a kind. They have a great menu selection and the prices are very affordable too.
This location is super inconsistent -- definitely worse than the New Dorp location that shutdown.Sometimes, they'll give you 5/5 course meal, aka the traditional Five Guys. Other times? They'll give you 1/4th of a burger that's burnt since they're rushing with the orders. Plus, they don't keep their grill that clean.Since it's hit or miss, 3/5 stars.
The staff is friendly but I feel something changed with the quality of the food ! Patties are way slimmer and the fall apart after being grilled! Burger came mooshy ... this is not he same 5guys burger I used to have and enjoy
First thing I notice on this review website is there's a bunch of phony reviews about this restaurant, there is just no way that this restaurant is four stars. . Here's my honest review. I bought a cheeseburger with mushroom and onion and a regular diet root beer. The bun was stale I can't believe they served it to me the edges were burnt and the middle was white but it was stale like it was out in the open air for a week. The two hamburger patties were overcooked and as I watched the cook squash them down and flip them constantly trying to make them cook faster but he squished all the juice out of them so they sucked. He put two slices of cheese in between the two hamburgers they remained unmelted and they put sauted onions and mushrooms that were only room temperature on the bun that was stale the onions were undercooked they were not carmalized at all. The diet barq's root beer tasted like 20 ounces of seltzer water with a tablespoon of diet root beer terrible. I threw it all away. One of the most stunning things was at the register when I paid prior to getting my food the register prompted me for a tip and were giving me choices for percentages I had to press no. You should do something first for your money and make sure the food is good before you beg for a tip or are they trying to put us on the spot to give a tip or spit in our food. As I was waiting for my hamburger I noticed the store was filthy it looks like no one scrubbed the floors in months. I also noticed the cook and the cashier were dirty looking with dirty clothes on, they use their gloves as hand protection rather than to protect us from the germs but they seem to get filth on the gloves and then they touch your food. The cheeseburger and the diet root beer cost me $14.00 and change.
Spider-Man said it best, five guys burgers are the best commercial burgers in NY. This location is one of the best too! Super friendly staff; and the food is always great.Gotta love the free peanuts too!
On January 08, 2022 I bought a bunch of burgers from this location. One of the burgers had two long hairs in it. I called this establishment several times, not to ask for my money back but to simply give them the heads up so that they can take better precautions. My 11 year old was GROSSED out when he bit into his burger and found hairs in it. BEWARE when purchasing food at this location.
Five guys is so good, because no matter where or when you go, it is always consistent. Like all other locations the floors and tables are always clean. There is a large box of peanuts ? as you enter the front door to eat while you wait for your food. The employees are nice and orders come up fast. ???
