Ordered cheese burger combos for me and my boyfriend for the first time and their food was off the charts! The burgers were so perfect juicy and everything was fresh and hit the spot! The fries were delicious as well and the mozzarella sticks are bomb! Food came hot and was delivered to my door in just 15 minutes! If i could give this place 100 stars i would. Definitely worth every dime.
I got the burger long time ago before Covid-19 and it was decent enough, however I tried the classic chicken wrap and had good but I wish will be more chicken and less lettuce. The tomatoes should be sliced not cut in little cubes. I will going back for the burger ?.

Always a problem when I order from this place. They claim that my phone number is always wrong meanwhile I never have to enter a phone number when placing my orders. Also girls that work the counter and answer the phones are very rude and nasty when I call to check status of order they don't give you time to ask something and hang up the phone on you. I will never be ordering from this place again!! Horrible horrible service

I placed this order through GrubHub and the delivery was fine. The problem was the restaurant.My girlfriend ordered a double cheese burger combo with fries and I ordered a fried chicken sandwich combo with onion rings. I THOUGHT they sent a single burger by mistake and said so to my girlfriend. She said, "That isn't a chicken sandwich, is it?"Turns out it was, sort of—burned blacker than a beef burger and also rock hard, totally inedible. My onion rings were likewise burned. So, the "cook" at Fire Grilled Burgers managed to utterly ruin my entire meal and not even notice what sh1te they were sending out! I mean, look at it.Look. At. It.We could probably have cut the remaining double cheeseburger in half and managed to choke it down, but it was also overcooked and tasted like the grill. Thoroughly put off by my burned, yet still served (why would any cook with any pride in their work serve something obviously inedible and unfit for human consumption?) food, we decided against.I called the store to say what happened and the person who answered was nice enough, and said to contact GrubHub for a refund, which I did.Around the time I was initiating a return with GrubHub, someone from Fire Grilled Burgers called my other number twice, which I missed, so I called back, TO HELP THEM, figuring out they probably wanted more details so they could figure out what happened and improve their kitchen or something.BUT IN FACT, the person from Fire Grilled who called me back said he was calling about someone else's order and HUNG UP ON ME while I was explaining the problem with mine.I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
