Awful customer service. I called because I was unable to check out on the website with the promo code they offer and they said it was expired. Ummm it’s on the website how can it be expired. They did nothing to help when the right thing to do would be to honor the coupon. Take your Buisness elsewhere to people who actually appreciate it!
I been ordering from this place for many years with no issues (over ten Yrs) My last two times I ordered sesame chicken the chicken was horrible! Honestly didn’t even taste like chicken. Chicken was dry rubbery and grainy truly disgusting. I have them another chance and same issue therefore my review and they lost me as a customer. Two times is unacceptable IMHO…
Used to order from here all the time, but i recently ordered from here and everything tasted weird and different. The food wasn’t fresh. We are disappointed and probably won’t order again any time soon.

Thank goodness for Empire East! They take custom requests on your food order, the staff has been friendly, the food is always super hot & fresh, & most importantly- inside is EXTREMELY clean!!!!!Highly recommend!
The food might be good but all their interest in is making money they took advantage of the pandemic to eliminate the lunch special forcing you to buy the more expensive combo meal, I will no longer be buying from them.

The food here is absolutely delicious!!! Pricey, but worth it- you get what you pay for. I had been ordering from another restaurant for 25+ years, new owners = too many changes, add a new chef and it’s a recipe for disaster! Thank goodness for Empire East! They take custom requests on your food order, the staff has been friendly, the food is always super hot & fresh, & most importantly- inside is EXTREMELY clean!!!!! Highly recommend!
