Below average Chinese food. Boneless ribs were very dry. Chicken and broccoli with white rice was okay. General Tso chicken didn’t taste fresh and the pork fried rice barely had any pork in it. The house special Lo mein was decent.
This is by far the best Chinese food place. I am in love with the food here. I am shown love in ways I never experienced in food. This place makes me debate whether I should waste my paycheck on theie food. They got me leaving my phone at 10:30 just to taste the magnificence of their General Tso's chicken. This has to be by far the best place I've eaten.
Love Emperor House. The only place I go for Chinese food.
Great to have a local take out where you can use your card. Definitely a plus. Food was decent with large portions.
Hands down the best shrimp, broccoli and white rice I've tasted on Staten Island in a very long time. Their customer service is great, their delivery person is nice, just an overall superb experience. Highly satisfied!!!!
Good place food is good, but it seems like they don't understand English. Because I have ordered from them several times very little onions in my meal and sometimes it even looks like they put double the amount. They only have one person answering the phone, and when the other phone rings they say hold and while you're on hold you hear a lot of screaming in Chinese. They need to get someone who speaks good English.

The food is great but calculate your own total.They gypped me a couple of times already. I personally will not be ordering from them again. However, they do make delicious food .
Food was excellent, restaurant was very clean and staff were very nice. Definitely recommended.
