Disgusting food. Not sure what’s going on. The difference between the real el pollo on Richmond and the fake el pollo 2 on victory is night and day! There’s absolutely no flavor in their food. Very bland kind of insulting to actually Dominican culture.

Excellent service and food. I ordered the pork shoulder and rice with pigeon peas. She asked if I wanted a piece of the crispy skin. The crispy skin was a great texture compliment to the meal.
El Pollo is run by the nicest lady. She and her staff are incredibly polite and professional. The prices are reasonable. The food is delicious. We've spent many dinner nights there and order takeout often. If you have not tried this place, you must! Stay away from the chains and get yourself some authentic food served up with a smile!
