This place serves fresh delicious Spanish food. The prices are reasonable. The staff is very pleasant. I got take out 2 days in a row that's how good there food is. I would of took a pic but I received this notification after I finished eating. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed. You can dine in, but there's a lot of take out traffic!
I have been seeing this place on Hylan blvd for a while now. I finally walked in and got what I expected. A cafeteria lay out of the food. You order what you see. They shovel it into a tin. So far very normal for this type of food. I ordered 1/4 chicken with rice n beans. Again very normal. I went to pay the cashier and the cost was $14.00 bucks. This is not normal. At the highest I can see paying $10.00. Although, I have paid $7.00 on Lafayette in Soho many times for the same food. Anyway, When I got home, I opened the tin and ate. It’s was average - nothing special. I feel robbed paying 14 bucks and will not be returning. The place has a run down atmosphere and not even sure if they had an area there to eat.I recent found a place that has a beautiful atmosphere and a chef that studied under Chef Wolfgang Puck. The place is called “Amira Cafe and Bistro” on VanDuzzer. Their prices aren’t low but reasonable and they have quality food that is very tasty. So if you are in the mood for Spanish food pass by this El Dorado and head to Amira.
Kept me on hold 20 minutes, tried calling back they hung up. The time I was able to get them to deliver, it took them nearly 2 hours. This place is trash!
The food is good if it isn't dried out, hence, giving it only 3 stars. Prices are reasonably and the quantity of food is more than sufficient.

Quite literally the best Spanish food on Staten Island. I went in 10m to closing and they scrambled to get me food from the back. I've also eaten catered food from them and it made the party. I thought I had favorites until I got food from El Dorado. 10/10 HIGHLY recommended? ? ? ? ?
This place is unbelievable, 3 times I went there and I am the type of person that checks my receipt, all 3 times they over charged me for things I did not receive, the 3rd time they charged me 6 dollars extra on the bill I ask what is the charge for they said u ate ur food here there is a charge for that .. I was never informed of the chargeThis place is stealing money from customer and getting away with it because how many people don’t check their receipt when they purchase food from them.Check your receipt!!!!
