I went in to get a coffee with my cousin before school, My cousin ordered a bacon toasted with croissant sandwich to go along with her coffee, However when an female employee yelled out the order we only heard a “bacon sandwich” so we figured that it would be our order, we take our things and start heading outside but my cousin realized that they gave her a tortilla bacon sandwich so we go back and kindly ask for her croissant, but all the sudden this guy starts yelling at us that we should “fucking hear better” ,and went on yelling to us how he did say the order correctly. Number 1 is that is no way to talk to costumers like that!! especially when you were never specific on what the order was, you messed up and you know it, just because we are high schoolers doesn’t give you the right to yell as us like how you yell at your own kids. Number 2 is that he's lying because the employee that did say the order was a female employee not him also. NUMBER 3 WE ASKED KINDLY!! our moods were absolutely ruin. I constantly hear complains about this guy I have no idea how he still even works there.
I went to your store in the new Hyland Blvd the one in shop Rite.It's was there at 8:45, on a Thursday night. I had asked the guy if they sold donuts and the guy told me I'm sorry we're close. He was sitting behind a rack of food on his cell phone .I guess you getting paid while he was on this cell phone!I was a manager in a fast food place,Busy or not I had to take customers until 9:00. I never thought I would be giving a review on a Dunkin Donuts. Usually the workers would either be miserable that they are there or nasty and sometimes the food/drinks can be a hit or miss. But this location had excellent customer service, made my morning better, made the food taste great. I only hope the best for the workers and for them to keep that great spirit and atmosphere!Please keep in mind,This is my experience and my experience only.
This branch does not care about your order. I order curbside pickup and they left it on the counter. I ordered in person an the guy left it on the counter, no sticker, no saying what it is. Don’t go here if you value speed

I'm a Dunkin' donuts fan and a daily customer
Today on Friday (06/11/21) at 01:08pm, I was nearly cheated out of $2.00 when a crew member made a mistake on my order. The manager (Mohammed) made the situation worse by trying to lie about the Avocado Toast I ordered as $4.99 when the menu actually says $2.99. When I corrected him for a refund, the manager then blames me for pointing all over the place when I only pointed at the avocado toast as advertised; and what’s worse, to hide their wrongdoings, the manager and crew members refused to provide their names as the manager told me to get out of his store for telling him to put on a mask and for addressing an issue about his incompetence for not knowing his own advertisements posted outside. It is also a health-code violation not to wear a mask as a fast-food worker. It is common sense to treat customers with respect and wear name tags to identify themselves, not by being rude to customers and hiding their names like escaped convicts, at the same time turning away customers by telling them to get out. Their poor behaviors makes the Dunkin Donut Franchise look bad, as if they were raised by farm animals. Not coming back here again.
