Went inside to buy coffee and use the bathroom . I was told the bathroom works but only for employees. You can’t even wash your hands . This is outrageous with COVID . Never go here the place isn’t safe .
This Dunkin location is terrible i ordered an iced caramel latte with an extra espresso shot and when I received it it tasted like watered down iced coffee so i told them that it wasn’t good and they gave me another one but the second one was worst then the first one so i told them that as well but they ignored me and said that that’s how their coffee is so hey I didn’t make a big fuss about it because i love Dunkin’ Donuts except this location so if u want a great Dunkin coffee visit every other location except this one
Worst management staff ever. I had a problem one time and went to speak to the area manager and he was very disrespectful. He provides no hospitality to his customers and he does not belong in this type of business. However the staff is amazing, the young boys who were running the drive thru were more helpful than the area manager himself.
This establishment lacks the simple foundation of a properly run business. Despite the fact that you will wait in line for ages, you will rarely get what you came for. For a coffee business to be "sold out" of the lids that cover your drink is abysmal and comical. Shifts are always understaffed, not because of the lack of employees on the roster, but rather managements decisions. This place deserves a rating lower than a star but unfortunately, that is not possible. There is a multitude of Dunkin' Donuts on Staten Island, do yourself a favor and avoid this one.
Very poor management. No hot fudge for over a year. Complained 5 times before writing this.Staff and faculty 11 out of 10.
I was pretty let down tonight. I went to the Drive Thru of this Dunkin and first on line Yay! I stared placing my order.I came around to get food and drinks, was given my drinks and my food but was missing my bagel twists. The associate apologized and got them as they were made.No big deal, right?But before giving me them he stated I was not charged....I said I had a whole conversation at beginning of order about the bagel twists, and I asked why I wasn't charged he said the guy didn't know how to work the register.What??I then asked for the receipt and right away, says, "You're good," and he hands me the bagel twists and the receipt.The worst part is when I paid initially I gave this guy a Tip!Side note: this is not the first time I was told At This Location that an item was "not charged." It was just the first time they had receipt paper.Not very nice. Especially that I gave a tip!
Great Employees, terrible management. Daily customer here everyday. Never have hot fudge. The ice creams always frozen in the back.
2nd terrible experience at this Arthur Kill location. Iced latte had a bitter/burnt taste and you can taste coffee bits. Either coffee is old or espresso machine hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
They don’t even deserve a star. Very unprofessional inappropriate music for a business always playing around and they take forever to address the people at the counter
This location is the worst location on the island. They constantly have the doors locked and only have the drive thru open. The drive thru line is always over 10 cars long. An extreme inconvenience to customers! I understand they may need to close the doors on occasion when desperately short staffed, but this is all the time now.
