Friendly staff, but I suggest double checking your orders as they're frequently incorrect.
They had employees who didn't speak English and didn't understand when I was asking for a sunrise iced coffee with one queen and caramel he kept insisting and told me no no coffee this was about 12:15 in the night I've never been to a Dunkin' donuts and I have coffee ready for this reason alone I will never visit that place again and unfortunately for me when I did try to buy it they were over rang the price on me and charged me for a regular medium that came out to like $4+, instead of their regular $2 price fun I didn't want it after that so I requested my change and they said to come back the next morning I never heard of this nonsense either they wanted train correctly or it happens to often this was in Staten Island ferry terminal
