WENT THERE IN THE AFTERNOON AND BOTH DOORS WERE LOCKED. THEY SIGNALED AT ME TO GO AND ORDER THRU THE DRIVE THRU. I WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU WITH CARS BEHIND ME AND THERE WERE KIDS ORDERING FROM THE DRIVE THRU. I TOLD THE CLERK THAT PUTTING PEOPLE TO ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU IS DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS. SO THEN I WENT BACK 2 WEEKS AFTER AND THEY HAD THE DOORS LOCKED AGAIN. THIS TIME I HAD TO BANG ON THE WINDOWS TO GET THE ATTENTION. THERE WERE ABOUT 5 PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE. WHEN WE GOT IN WE ORDERED AND I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE WHEN AGAIN THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. SO I TOLD THE MANAGER AND ASKED WHY THEY KEEP LOCKING THE DOORS. AND HE SAID ITS BECAUSE THEY GET TOO MANY PEOPLE INSIDE. SO I TOLD HIM THATS THE POINT. ITS A BUSINESS. AND HE SAID "I DONT NEED YOUR ADVISE." BESIDES THE EMPLOYEES BEING INCOMPETENT AND RUDE, THEY ARE VIOLITING A FIRE SAFETY HAZARD BY LOCKING PEOPLE IN. LAST TIME I WILL GO IN THERE.
The food is always freshly made and hot when you receive it. The restaurant is well lit and clean.
Ok so, I've been going to Dunkin here & there thru out the yrs. BUT WHEN COVID HIT!!! I have to say this, " Thank God, for Dunkin Donuts !!" I'm NOT going to lie.. I am an avid Starbucks person." I turned my back on Starbucks ( they were also closed near me) & downloaded the DD APP & started a relationship with Dunkin. ??. There's a Dunkin Donut ? right near me on Forest Avenue right across the street from Skin Station. Best part, I could even walk there if I wanted too. Ok, lemme tell you, there's a drive-thru which @ times can be mayhem!! The line moves fast at times unless there are ppl who don't have an app to place a mobile order. ??. Thank God for APPS!!?? The employees at the drive-thru ARE THE BESTEST!!!??. They are SO friendly, well mannered, polite and professional. They will even make sure that u taste ur beverage before you drive away!! Personally, when I go to Dunkin they know my voice lol, and it's such a pleasure chatting with them. Even when new employees come on board, I never experience any rudeness or disrespect!!??. Prices are great too! I don't have 1 bad thing to say about the Dunkin Donuts near me. Even when I park to go inside, everything & everyone is ON POINT!!What would we do without our coffee ☕ ??!! Order is messed up 85% of the time. Food comes out cold. Customers service is severely lacking. I only come when Starbucks is closed.

This is one of the best Dunkins in Staten Island. Drive-thru service is prompt, friendly and accurate. Coffee and baked goods are always fresh and tasty. Highly recommend.
Some workers are great others are not.
Really frustrating having to deal with the drive thru. It’s the only one closest to where I work so it’s my only option. The woman had to input my entire order that I had already put in with the guy on the speaker. Then they handed me the wrong drink and acted like I was in the wrong and laughed about it. I just kept it since I had to leave. Not a great experience
Some of the best coffee sold hereLady who works overnights has an attitude sometimes but this js the only place open for coffee at 12am
